“****COVID SPECIFIC REVIEW**** It's common knowledge that CVS is more of a rip-off than an Italian street vendor in a tourist town. Unless you're on deaths doorstep or have amazing coupons, you will want to go to target for your bandaids, cards, personal care products etc. With that being said, I recently had the (pleasure) of a (possible) exposure and figured a COVID test wouldn't be a terrible idea. The appointment process online was just as painless as the procedure. Sign up was easy, times were limited but I wasn't in a huge rush. The site is completely drive up and self administered so I wasn't skeeved by others. There was only a 35 minute-ish wait on the drive through line. The woman working the window was informative, polite and walked me through the process. I was glad I just had to swab and not poke my brain through my nose. Honestly, it could have been worse. Don't want to (have) to return again but would due to how easy the process was!”

“The customer service is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. Darlene went out of her way to call my Drs office, after I was waiting 2 days, for a specific cough medicine that would help me sleep thru the night. She was always in communication with me, not like my Drs office was, in regards to the status of the prescription. Such a refreshing change to the big box pharmacies. Thanks Darlene!”
