We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Randy! He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through all our options to help us find the perfect mattress, adjustable base, and Tempur-Pedic pillows for our new apartment. Randy took the time to understand our needs and preferences especially accommodating my needs as a pregnant woman and making sure we were completely comfortable with our choices. My husband and I walked in just browsing and ended up with a mattress. My sales person ( I am bad with names) although he was still learning, did very well. He was knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best mattress. He and his co worker are a great team as well.

When we made our purchase we paid for sheets and pillow cases . They were gonna get shipped to the store . It’s been weeks of calling about them. No one could figure it out meanwhile the lady who set this all up went on vacation right after . Still have nothing . When I called they kept saying they have a customer , when I walked in they said they were working with a customer . Long story short those people walked out without buying anything and were considered a customer meanwhile I spent $4000 and I’m getting treated like I didn’t spend it . Once they get their money you’re not a customer anymore .

I sat with Elaine and she showed me several different kinds of beds that I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable, and she basically was able to explain to me everything that I wanted in the bed that I purchased on top of that she was tremendously personable, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase a mattress.
