Brought my boy in for a grooming today. He hasn't been groomed since the beginning of January. Very overdue!! And, once again, Giovanni did a beautiful job. He is truly talented.

I DO NOT recommend this place, i have a goodlendoodle with a lot of hair and because my pup had a few knots, they do not take any responsibility for giving my dog a huge cut, i had to take my dog to the vet to get medicine for his cut not to be infected because of how deep the cut is. When i called the owner and let him know about the situation he threatened to call to get my dog taken away from me. EXTREMELY unprofessional, this place puts hispanic businesses to shame.

They are very professional I love this place I been coming to this groomer to 15 years with my 18 year old Coker Spaniel and now with my 3 year old Golden Retriever they are great people all staff!

I used to be a loyal customer of this dog groomer, but after my recent experience, I cannot recommend their services. I requested a simple puppy cut for my dog, as I've done in the past. However, this time, they cut her fur extremely short, despite her not being matted. Even worse, they cut her face too low, completely disregarding my specific instructions. When I called to address my concerns with the staff, I was met with extreme rudeness. The staff member dismissed my complaints, stating there was nothing more they could do and even rushed me off the phone, telling me he had back to his job. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to address customer concerns is unacceptable. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the poor quality of grooming and the disrespectful treatment from the staff. I will not be returning to this establishment and advise others to seek grooming services elsewhere.

if you want to sign off your dog to being tortured than i do recommend this place. They harm your pup and then don't take responsibility for it being you signed a form. I will never be brining my dog back. Owner is extremely unprofessional, he threatened to call to get my dog taken away because i took my dog to the grooming appointment with a few knotes, i have a goodlendoodle, if you know they are extremely hairy dogs. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

I'm so happy with Luzy's Dapper Dog! Giovanni always gives Elvys the best cuts and does the best job at keeping him looking young again. (He's 16) A little input.. I've been taking Elvys here since 2014 and 10 years later i'm still loving the cuts. I recommend Luzy's Dapper Dog 100% satisfaction.

Our Yorkie gets his hair cut exclusively by Lucy's dapper dog. I love how they accommodate the customers and do a great job with our pup. He loves to be groomed now and it's always so easy

They are super polite and you show them a picture and they get it as close a possible . Just sometimes hard to get a appointment.

Took my dog here for the first time and had a terrible experience. The second you walk in it smells like wet dog. Customer Service is moderate but when my dog came back home i noticed a cut on his belly which wasn't brought up. When i called back it was just a flurry of sorry's but nothing else. I was hoping for some more service as my dog was cut by them but just got told "the waiver said this" and the "waiver said that". The area wasn't matted but the longer hair was stuck together by urine. Easily could've been softened with water and a comb to make the cutting process easier. Another customer lost.

I love how professional this business is. They leave my Pet Kenny looking great. Owner I believe is Colombian , they speak spanish here too. Great friendly business.
