Great experience from getting a price, measuring the door and installation. Everyone we dealt with was great. The installation process was perfect and the finished bathroom door was beautiful. Would highly recommend Lighthouse Showers to anyone needing a custom bathroom door!!

Paul and Scott just installed a beautiful sliding shower door for me. They were respectful,clean,neat and did an outstanding job. The craftsmanship was beyond compare. Absolutely the best in the biz!!!!!!!!!

Lighthouse team and work exceeded all our expectations. Couldn't recommend them enough. Dan, the owner of the business, is incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. He came on site and we discussed a range of possibilities, styles and various options - he was a pleasure to work with. We had custom doors done on 2 of our 3 bathrooms both of which are very large in size. The end results are fantastic.
His team worked incredibly diligently, methodically and did an all around amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend Lighthouse to anyone considering projects large or small. Would also like to commend them (and especially Mary) on the fantastic communication during the entire project which really helped us understand the timelines and kept us up to date throughout the process.

I give Lighthouse 5 stars because of the friendly, professional customer service, the quality of their product and the workmanship on the install, and the price. I had two other estimates, one came to my house, took measurements, had a decent price , until I started to ask questions, that’s when everything changed. The price went way up, and he fought with me on the final draft, keep in mind he was here at my house, then over email telling me the door is going to hit the toilet bowl. I said no, the solid wall is next to the toilet, not the door, the door is on the other side, he kept insisting I was wrong, HE WAS HERE! HE MADE THE DRAWING! The door was not on the same side as the toilet. I sent pictures, I sent him his own drawings, I could not understand what he was talking about. To this day the only thing I can think of , is he was mixing me up with someone else. But still he insisted. Enough of that one. Another guy, big name in the industry, had a somewhat fair price , again until I started asking questions , than his piece went through the roof, they would not send anyone out to the house to measure and go over the install unless I left a 50 % deposit, humm but what if decided this is not for me ? They said no problem you can get your deposit back …. Less 20%. Lots of extras and hidden costs whih that co. My wife and I had a bad feeling about that co when asking basic questions. How thick is the glass? Is the glass clear ? Does the glass have the protective coating? The trim ? He just wanted to sell me what he wanted, not what I wanted, he actually asked me “ why do you want that ?”……. Oh I don’t know…. Because it’s my house ? How’s that ? But the 50% deposit was fine, but the “we will not come out to measure until you leave a deposit” it was the 20% and the hidden fees and the bad attitude that sent us packing. If we are having that much of an issue buying this, I can only imagine the problems if something goes wrong on the install, customer service was non existent.
We had ZERO issues with lighthouse. We delt with Dan on the measurements and install. He answered all of our questions, explained everything. We also delt with a lady named Mary in the office, both Dan and Mary are absolutely fantastic! Friendly , patient, polite and professional!
I wish I delt the lighthouse first. It was so smooth and easy. Everything from the first measurement, the order , the install, and the courtesy call to see how everything went, and if we were happy. We could not ask for more from any contractor. My shower is beautiful ! I wish they we all like lighthouse. But I guess we would all be spoiled if they were lol

An ideal experience. The whole team was prompt, kind, and respectful of our home and time. Dan was a pleasure to work with and patient while we decided what we wanted. The installation was also efficient. Crew was on time, clean and polite.
Most importantly the shower looks great, I'd recommend Lighthouse to anyone.

We are very pleased with our basement bathroom shower doors. They provided us with all the options and were quick and efficient with consultation and installation. Our door wouldn’t close all the way after a couple of months and they came the next day to fix it.

We are very happy with our new shower door. From meeting with Dan to talk out and design what the project would require and fitting that within our budget, to measuring the tiled enclosure, getting estimates and descriptions of each option from Mary, to the early arrival of the beautiful door and finally scheduling the installation for our convenience, I can’t say enough about the professionalism, care and dedication of the entire Lighthouse crew. We love our new shower and you can see how the new door is the perfect complement.
