Soooo many reviews saying the same thing. They prey on the elderly. Do NOT use this service. They charge an exorbitant early termination fee if the person dies. The elderly are NOT reading the fine print and the representative was rude and arrogant.

My expectation from Lifewatch is much higher than that I have right now. Excellent product and reliable customer support! I must say, my life completely depends on your one button machine. Excellent service!

This is the shadiest company. They have illegal busness practices and should not be trusted. Not to mention the company when questioned beccomes combative and rude. Unethical. Unprofessional. They should not be used under any circumstances.
