The customer service is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. Darlene went out of her way to call my Drs office, after I was waiting 2 days, for a specific cough medicine that would help me sleep thru the night. She was always in communication with me, not like my Drs office was, in regards to the status of the prescription. Such a refreshing change to the big box pharmacies. Thanks Darlene!

Talk about local businesses who know their customers and can help them choose products which they check out, fill prescriptions, a pharmacist with five years of chemistry and pharmacology who also knows what's yummy in the candy section (and a diabetic friendly choice) this,place is perfect. Don't think they count pills. They have checked out vitamins and generics. They buy from labs so what you see on the label is,in the bottle. They know you. They know the doctors. Did I mention they are genuinely friendly and care? Big P!us is,they deliver anything any time they're open. Nino drives to your home so fast that he is,practically Superman. Nino will greet you too. Lakeview Pharmacy is professional and local. I found them when I needed salt tablets which the chain store I used needed three days to special order it. I spoke to Tony on the phone and I had it that afternoon. I was afraid to write a review. They're so good it is hard to believe. Dr Darlene will help with soap for sensitive skin or send over Microban 24 because she likes things cleanLakeview Pharmacy will email and call your provider if prior authorization wasn't put in so you get the medicine you need. During the pandemic Lakeview Pharmacy was invaluable in getting masks at good prices,that weren't fakes. They provided information on how and what needed cleaning. They knew what soap is and got a substitute for the one Lysol that kills COVID-19.It is like a European pharmacy that is on your block so they know what food you eat, antacid you use, that your skin itches in winter or summer. For me Lakeview is my first stop before my Primary. Dr Darlene knows I like sugar free jelly beans and they stock awesome candy too. When you are sick and can't get out delivery males so much sense. They will deliver anything but that's gotten me through rough patches. Your dream little pharmacy exists and is Lakeview Pharmacy.

Even though my Insurance prescription doesn't let me use them anymore, in the past I had the best service you could ask for. Darlene actually saved my life when I was discharged from the hospital. She went out of her way to get me the correct medication I needed when the hospital turned their back on me. I wish I could use them with my new insurance. There is no one better than Tony and his staff. Darlene, I always think about what you did for me. God Bless you.

Three generations of my family have used this pharmacy. They go above and beyond to help you. You are not just another customer. They really provide a personal touch and meet your individual needs. I've never experienced the same treatment in a large pharmacy like CVS. I trust the pharmacists at Lakeview pharmacy above all others.
