MyFavorite child is a little high strung and they are soooooo amazing with him. In the past I would have to sedate my bear to go to theGroomer , no more! They truly love animalsAnd are Also well trained , accommodating. and cost Effective when you have 2 furry babies . I am a little jealous how much my dog loves them! I will NEVEr go anywhere else

THE STAFF AND GROOMER IS AMAZING! This is my second time bringing my dog to their shop, and despite how matted he was, they were able to restore him safely and gently. Thank you again! 5/5!

Giving them a 1 star because it’s the least I can give! My last visit was unpleasant. I was told a price over the phone and was charged something else after picking up my puppy. My 2nd dog who has been going there for 2 years was also not groomed as expected- she still had knots on her. Never returning again.

I gave these people specific instructions to not shave dog just a lite trim if there were to many knots than do nothing I will still pay . they completely ignored what I asked for . I am so sorry I used these people really how dare they AGAIN THEY WERE TOLD NOT TO TAKE MY PUPPY'S HAIR OFFSO UPSET I WISH I COULD SUE THIS ESTABLISHMENT

This is the best place!!!!! Michael is fantastic he has been taking care of Buddy for over a year now. Buddy always looks and smells amazing. I really trust leaving Buddy here. Michael is such a sweet guy very knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares for the animals and people. I would never go anywhere else.

We have a rescue Morkie who usual needs to go under anesthesia to get groomed. Not anymore They handled him extremely well and gave an amazing haircut. No more going to sleep for our Freddie. We highly recommend Just Pawfection. The staff there is wonderful. We will definitely be using them from now on.

These people are theives!! I sent my German Shepherd (who is mostly an outdoor dog) to get washed, and have her de-shed. They shaved my dog nearly bald in the middle of the winter!!! We never asked for this!!! She’s been going to these groomers for years and has gotten the correct services done in the past. They also asked to bring her in at 11:00 am but didn’t give her back until 5:00 Pm. They held my dog for 6 hours with no food or water!!! The man on the phone said it only took two hours to work on my dog so I dont understand why she was there for 6 HOURS.She came home extremely thirsty and weak. My dog has patches of missing fur. She gets anxious being cooped up in the hours for hours at a time and prefers to be outside for most of the day. Now that she’s completely shaved, there’s no way we can even take her out for her normal walks. We live in New York and winter time is brutal. My dog was physically weak, and exhausted when she was released back to us. I have no idea how she was treated while she was in there. This is the first time she can’t back from the groomers not her normal self. These horrible people refused to give us our money back. They didn’t let us see our dog unless we paid first!!!! THEY CHARGED US $150 TO SHAVE MY DOG. THEY ARE THIEVES. CROOKS. EVIL PEOPLE.

this was my dogs first grooming so it is possible that I am being too critical but honestly I could have done a better job myself. especially if I took 4 hours. apparently they give discounts if you pay cash if you try to pay with credit card they will charge you tax and a credit card surcharge. it cost me $125 which was including tip I'm not sure if this is a good price you be the judge. my dogis a full size goldendoodle oh yeah and they did not cut his nails or trim hish paw pad hair. this was the lynbrook location

Appointment was at 1PM and my dog was finished at 5PM. Terrible job, so uneven and $125- would not accept my $5 coupon because they said it was for the Howard beach location which is not specified on the site but I was not going to argue for $5 off. The worst part is that my dog was so thirsty when he came home as though he was not given water all day. Not okay, do not recommend and will not be going back.

Came into this place to be greeted by a nasty grumpy old lady. Not the first impression you want to make in a new customer. The place looked clean and nice but will never know because I would never leave my dog with a person so un welcoming and vile like that. PSA to the manager I would do something before she ruins your business

Very professional my dogs came out Happy they don't lock them in cages for hours it's cage free and their prices are reasonable and the staff is great
