I recently purchase my wonderful QX60. I was received by Mr. Riju. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, gave me options and explained the difference between the models they had. Also the Finance manager was a very warm person, very explicit in the disclosure of the contract and specifications of the services. I highly recommend this location and the services they offer. Great service experience! Andrea took care of me when I walked in and she was excellent at communicating expectations for the visit along with the services performed. All questions were answered and she was extremely pleasant and friendly. The facility itself is comfortable and clean if you choose to wait for your vehicle. Overall, this says a lot to me as I have sat through 6 hours of wait time and lack of communication at other dealerships. I am truly appreciative of the great customer service experience here.
