We just completed renovating the main floor of our house and it included a new floor from the front of the house to the back. After searching many locations I went to Ideal Porcelain. I should have gone there first. Everything in the store is laid out so nicely and immediately I found exactly what I was looking for! Raj was a delight! He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! He made placing the order effortless and took care of everything including contacting and coordinating with the contractor. Raj is just such a genuinely kind and nice person and was such a pleasure to work with. We had the tile in no time, which is saying something these days with all the supply chain issues and delays.The porcelain tiles for the floor and the porcelain subway tiles for the bathroom and backsplash are beyond my expectation as far as quality! Raj was terrific, the store is great and the products are superior. I don't know how soon we will be doing another project in the house but my first stop would be Ideal Porcelain. We just finished renovating our home and the easiest and most pleasant part were the tiles. After visiting many tile places I walked in and was greeted by Raj. He had exactly what I was looking for and took care of everything, including coordinating with the contractor! He is so kind and pleasant! He was so knowledgeable and organized as well! We had the tile in no time and the quality is incredible! I cannot even begin to tell you how effortless Raj made everything! So happy that we found Ideal Porcelain and amazing Raj!

I cannot say enough about the quality and service I received from Raj and staff at Ideal Porcelain in Lynbrook. They have a full selection of tiles, and services, such as vanities, faucets, and flooring. They were attentive to my needs, listened to my concerns, and had timely deliveries.
