Really upset and frustrated. I spent 2 hours in the salon for a mani pedi. I wouldn't mind it taking that long if they did a decent job. The woman doing my nails was very kind but continuously picked at a scab when I repeatedly told her not to. My nails are uneven and bumpy with crust underneath them from the gel. I asked her to get the crust out and then she started cutting my cuticles . I will never go back. It's too expensive for the kind of service they offer.

Bad customer service. They don't like to make any designs, they don't even understand what build UV gel is, I had to show her a photo so she could understand me, I showed them a simple french on one of my fingers, that was all my design and she simply decided not to do it, besides from being rude when talking to clients, for some reason most Asian nail salons have a bad attitude and bad manners, in addition to not respecting the client's decision.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They are not up to date with new styles, they could not do a simple French nails, all of them looked at the picture I had and still could not do it properly, the shape of nails was horrible. This was my first and last time, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

II visited Fine Nails salon for a pedicure, and when I entered, I felt like all eyes were on me. Upon requesting a pedicure, an Asian woman working there informed me that they were not offering pedicures at the moment. Interestingly, I noticed that all their customers, who happened to be white ladies, were either getting pedicures or their nails done. I want to share with my fellow sisters that this facility may have discriminatory practices, so please reconsider going there, as they may not treat people of color fairly.

Fine Nails on Atlantic Ave in Lynbrook is the finest nail and beauty establishment I've been to. The staff is warm and professional and remembers me by name each time I'm there. The store is clean, beautifully run, and the care is spa level care. I love that the entire staff speaks with me, and their manicures and pedicures are the best! If you want personalized, too quality service, this is the place for you.

if you want a french manicure don’t make an appointment with Ann she’s actually horrible. I wanted a french manicure and i literally couldn’t because she was so bad at it. like so so so so so bad. Also Ann who was my person is so messy when she polishes it getting all over my fingers and then she dug her nails into me to fix it and hurt so I don’t recommend Ann.Service: Gel manicure

Fantastic local salon. Every technician I have had has been fabulous, accommodating, kind, and detail oriented with their services. Obsessed with their pedicures AND manicures. Gels always last 2-3.5 (4 if I wanted!) weeks. I’ve been recommending to friends left and right.

I’ve been going to Fine Nails for at least 10 years. I won’t go anywhere else. They are friendly, clean and great at what they do. I always walk out of there happy and I tried many salons before I found Fine Nails. A few years ago I moved 30 minutes away but still travel to go to this nail salon.
