I called the dealership to find out if the car is ready for pick up. He started yelling at me and did not even let me to talk. If you don’t want to talk on the phone why then to put your number on the google??? Very unprofessional and rude never recommend!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and his father Eddie.
It was a good experience and a happy experience to be dealing with fundamentally, honest and capable people.
In the future, I would choose to deal with Father and Son Auto-Repair at every given opportunity Because of their trustworthiness.
I was given a fair and honest and upfront explanation to my transaction of selling a car. What more could one ask for.?

Very fair and honest. Mike was a pleasure to work with. I felt very comfortable dealing with Father and Son so much so that I cancelled my appointments with other dealers to see my car and worked with Mike. I would definitely use them again in the future I highly recommend Father and Son.

Let me share my personal experience: I have been there to sell my vehicle. I got a price through TrueCar from the “Father & Son Auto Corporation which was a decent amount. I ran my car through TrueCar I mentioned all the details of the car like little scratches and dents and based on that I got a price. After I took the car over there and the guy inspect the car from that dealer and the guy was telling me that he can’t give me a price!! He just literally insulted me. Even though, I drove the car from Brooklyn to all the way Long Island at Father & Son Auto corporation. Which is took me over an hour! I felt like he’s being rude with customers and don’t know how to handle the customer. It just totally scammed and I would recommend not to go anyone or be cautious from that dealer!!

My mom has used this repair shop for 20 years and was always happy until last week. After bringing her car in for an inspection in working condition she was told it needs to be driven more. She then took the car out and it was smoking and overheating. She asked to have it towed to her trusted mechanic but was told they have no room. My elderly mother was treated extremely rude. She was called nasty and told not to come back by a man named Ed. The father and son have always been great. What has happened to this business?
