STAY AWAY. They RUINED all my clothes and offered no apology. Fought the bill with my credit Card company and won after I sent them pictures. No clue how they have any positive reviews.

I was researching places to clean and preserve my wedding dress and came across Diamond Cleaners. I called the store and I believe I spoke with the owner. He told me the preservation boxes are on shortage but "just bring your dress in, we're open tomorrow." I wasn't really sure what this meant but he sounded like he would take care of it so I in fact brought my dress in the next day. Only to be greeted by this (nice) older woman who had no idea what he was talking about because they don't have any boxes and have no idea when they will be receiving the boxes. She sent me home with my dress and told me she could call me when boxes finally come in though. I mean, I totally understand the supply chain issues going on and hate to give a bad review but honestly, don't waste my time and gas telling me to come in if you can't actually provide the service I'm looking for. I was a little excited to support a local business regarding something like this but oh well. Ended up going to David's Bridal to get their dress preservation box for half the price. Shrug.

I’ve been using Diamond Cleaners since I moved into the neighborhood and they have been great. Great job cleaning, but what I really love are the tailoring/alterations services. Great job of tailoring my suits. They did an incredible job of tailoring my tuxedo for my wedding! Definitely my go to cleaners in Lynbrook.Service: Alterations

Zach, the new owner of Diamond Cleaners, runs a really fine business! He recently took care of dry cleaning, pressing and neatly hanging the comforters, drapes and clothes I had left in his care!! I have also used the services of his seamstress, with outstanding results each time I needed alterations. His work is always completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. The new owner is such a great asset to the business. The tailoring and dry cleaning is great and fast. During these covid times, I didn’t feel comfortable going into the store and the owner dropped off / picked up my cleaning. He is extremely personable! Highly recommend this cleaners!
