George Routsos is a class act. I am so happy that I went to Crown Ford to purchase my Explorer. They have a customer for life. They were very patient when I had difficulty with the title for my trade in. They didn't charge extra fees, only one for paper work and they were upfront about every step of the process. George gave me his cellphone number and was always available, responded to every text and answered all my calls. I really can't say enough about my experience at Crown Ford. I love the vehicle and it looks and runs great. King George is the the best along with the team that he works with. I have to mention Ryan Martin the sales manager also a class act, he gave me a fair price on my trade in, didn't try to low ball me. I recomend them to all my family and friends if they want a car.

Found my perfect car and it was located at this dealership. Throughout the whole process I had the upmost confidence the dealership and the salesman I worked with, George Routsos, would do right by me even with the distance between us. I lived almost 2 hours away in NJ and I was right to believe in George and the dealership!

If someone can tell me what's up with service I'd appreciate it. You can't get through. The woman doesn't call back, and when I finally do get an appointment, no one texts me to confirm it . The new system doesn't work for me

Sales/seller didn't care about my inquiry to sell a vehicle to them. He told me that I owed too much and was impossible to get out of the loan. Here I am writing this review to tell that clown that I sold the van and got a reasonable deal out of it. Two weeks later.

I called to ask do they take car shield I was yes and they take at least 5 weeks with my car due to Car Shield slow response to the adjuster and payments. I made an appointment to get my car fix. I then get a call telling me they don't take car shield. How is that possible when your office made me an appointment. They just don't want to be bothered with Car shield
