If someone can tell me what's up with service I'd appreciate it. You can't get through. The woman doesn't call back, and when I finally do get an appointment, no one texts me to confirm it . The new system doesn't work for me

Sales/seller didn't care about my inquiry to sell a vehicle to them. He told me that I owed too much and was impossible to get out of the loan. Here I am writing this review to tell that clown that I sold the van and got a reasonable deal out of it. Two weeks later.

I called to ask do they take car shield I was yes and they take at least 5 weeks with my car due to Car Shield slow response to the adjuster and payments. I made an appointment to get my car fix. I then get a call telling me they don't take car shield. How is that possible when your office made me an appointment. They just don't want to be bothered with Car shield

Called to check if they have a model we are interested in on display in the showroom, so we don't need to waste our time and drive 3 hours only to find that they have nothing to show for. Instant hang up from this dude from sales without saying anything. So unprofessional!

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had and I’ve been driving for almost 50 years! They were totally honest and above board. No pressure. They were great in every way. Also went out of their way to help resolve an issue after purchase. Kevin and Barry assisted me, they are the best.

Recently brought my car in for service and experienced by far the worst service of my life. after dropping my car off at 9am for a simple tire sensor I was not called for 7hrs just to be told that it was the tire sensor and was now to late for them to fix and would have to wait till tomorrow infuriated I went down to crown Ford where the service manager explained to me that I needed to drop my car off early to get it done the same day(which I did ) then proceeded to tell me it was my fault that the service took so long unbelievable if u can avoid them I suggest avoiding at all costs all around horrible dealership

If I could give negative stars I would. Money missing from my center console, that they denied. Front driver side wheel lug nuts left loose, tire pressure difference in all 4 tires that were supposedly checked. Service manager Gary was an obnoxious, arrogant douche bag! However the owner Chris was very nice. Would never go back or recommend this dealership!! I was previously going to Levittown Ford for my service, they treated me like gold even though I purchased the vehicle from Crown Ford.

Truly great experience , Issac Badash such a great and reliable dealer , was so on point helped me find a car right away, was extremely helpful and so sweet and knowledgeable! If you like being lied to or over charged double or triple the price for parts and labor This is the spot to patronized was yell at by Gary Desola because I questioned the price he gave me. Never authorized the job he became I rate over the phone. Every time I call to ask about the price Gary rush me off the phone. Finally I demanded to know the price he said 1,100 too replace heater hose which takes 10 to 15 minutes to change. Gary wouldn't let me speak over the call he kept yelling over me, try to explain I'm a customer I'm not one of your employees. At first he said job took two hrs and 40 minutes to complete when I questioned that he said 10 minutes smh. Which this is an on going occurrence on a Ford F-150. Then he finally blew up and said "I'll will remove the new part he installed and reinstall the old part give him one hour and come get your truck which he had for two days nothing was done at all.. when I got there it looked like a ghost town empty and Gary nowhere to be found another tech handed my keys and I left .. I will never step foot in "Crown Ford" ever again.. please be careful at this establishment very unprofessional.
