My family and I were visiting family on Long Island, NY. On the way up, the Service Engine light came on. There we were over 700 miles from home. I contacted Dawn at Crown Ford, explained the issue to her. She courteously and quickly scheduled a service appointment for the family pickup. When I arrived, Gary greeted me and listened to my concerns. As Dawn also did, he walked me through the diagnostic steps and gave me a full understanding of what to expect. I received a called later that day, explaining what the cause of the SE light. One of the catalytic converters was bad. I was informed, the part was ordered and to my pleasant surprise and huge relief, the repair was completely covered under a Ford (Federal) warranty. This was a huge relief to me and my family as we planned additional stops during our summer family vacation! Thank you Crown Ford for getting our beloved 2020 F150 SuperCrew back on the road in less than 30 hours (including parts shipping time!!)!

Wow! I can't believe how easy it was to get my car fixed. I was dreading having to take my car in for the recall. This service location was AWESOME! I was greeted with a smile, received my car back, clean, fixed, and on time. I highly recommend this service location!!

Love the service at Crown Ford! The staff are courteous, professional and proficient in what they do.
A year and a half ago, I upgraded from the Ford C-Max and purchased a Ford Explorer from Crown Ford, so that I could more easily transport my grandchildren.
I always go to Crown Ford for service as they take care of my car as if it was their own.
Update: Thank you Crown Ford for expecting service on my Ford Explorer during the coronavirus pandemic.

one of the worse dealerships, and specially the parts departments. They play games and avoid helping. stay away from people as such. Will make you waste your time to avoid doing their job.
