Was in store for 20 minutes or more , when i was told at checkout you need a license to buy hair dye??? terrible customer service would’ve been better if they told me right when i walked in.

The last few times I’ve come here Jasmine has been so helpful. She knows her products. She helps me pick the right items when I’m unsure and even includes her personal experience with products. She is extremely kind. Great employee to have!

If you are not a licensed hairdresser, you can’t buy, that’s not nice if you are new customer in need, but looks like they have very good products.

I am a licensed hair stylist, and I come in reguarly to purchase products for my salon soley for convenience. The manager, whom goes by the name of Kara is extremely rude and dismissive to her customers. As someone who comes in several times a week I have seen the store manager (Kara) always chatting with an older man. This man is present almost every time I walk into the store. I once asked this man for assistance assuming he was an employee of the store, to learn that he is not affliateed with the store at all. She seems more interested in interacting with this man than engaging with customers that may need help. This store could use a refresh in management.

Love the employees, strong dislike for the manager. She never smiles, is always rude and just seems like a very unhappy person. I get the vibe that she does not want to be there, at all. I’m a regular so I’ve been there a few times and I overhear the manager disrespecting a wide variety of customers and staff constantly. Store associates who don’t make their customers feel welcomed and uncomfortable discourages business

The manager here is very rude. She was looking at her phone the entire time. She also spoke in a very fake Spanish accent to me when I walked in. I found this to be very offensive because she switched it up when speaking to someone els. Does she not think I’d understand her? Does she think all Spanish people sound like that? I’m never coming back here again.
