Traded in a Rolex Explorer II for a newer model. Jess made the process easy and efficient. Very professional and great communication. Collectors had accurate advertising, free shipping for my trade-in, and complimentary overnight shipping for my new timepiece. In addition, my new watch was dated 2020 on the warranty card, and it was almost $2K less than a 2011 model from my local AD’s certified pre-owned inventory. You won’t find better prices anywhere. This was my second purchase from Collectors, and I’d highly recommend them.

Purchased a mint condition deep sea dweller with box and papers. Jessica looked it over for me and sent more pictures and described it as almost new condition. It was like new other than a very small scuff mark on one link. Saved lots of money versus a brand new one. Very happy with this watch
