Would not use this shop for watch purchases. I made a purchase with them last May on a Cartier Tank. I asked about original parts and was told the piece was all original. Imagine my disappointment when I took it into the Cartier store for service and upon inspection, they inform me the crystal is a replacement. Either CCL was dishonest or were lied to by whomever they acquired the watch from but my gut tells me I should have known something was up when they failed to mention the spider dialing in the Chrono24 listing (details I only found after discovering higher res photos of the listing on their website). Technically I'm still within their 1yr warranty but so far have received no response from them on Chrono24.

From the beginning, Dan was great. He answered every question and concern I had and his communication was prompt and excellent doing business from out of state very easy and comfortable. I will definitely refer people to him and be looking forward to doing more business with him in the future great company to work with.

After researching what I was looking to purchase for months, I finally found it. I was skeptical about going to any jewelers but everything seemed right at Collectors1946 on Lynbrook. I was lucky to meet Jason. He was kind and professional. They had exactly what I saw online and at the same price. We were able to work on a slightly better which felt great as a customer to get a win! The real win is Jason. I see other people have appreciated his service in the past and I can see why. Thank you.

We had such an awesome experience with Jason today. We were visiting from out of town and my budding numismatist 7yr old son asked to go to a coin shop. Unfortunately, Jason wasn’t really set up for a beginner coin collector, although he referred us to one close by! Not only did he do that, but he gave my son a present for his coin collection!! Man, that smile! Thanks Jason!

They were very helpful and communicated with me whenever I needed to and answered my questions. They were even willing to give me a few dollars off. The item is perfect condition and is absolutely beautiful. The black box came in perfect condition. The only thing was the blue Tiffany and co box came with a few black marks all over the box so I don’t know if that was due to shipping or something else. But everything else was perfect.
