The owner is rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It is one thing to negotiate prices and decline, and it's another to talk down on customers as if they're dumb and know nothing about cards. This shop is overpriced and ripping off their customers. It is one thing to upcharge by 10% and another to upcharge by 90%. There wasn't a single item in store I found that was priced remotely close to the right value. They don't value their customers, they only value money. Find your cards elsewhere because this is NOT how the hobby should be ran. DISHONEST, OVERPRICED, AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was at the movies, and walking back to my car. I found this great sports card store that had a great variety of cards. I found myself going through their $.25 box, which became very addictive! Highly recommended!

Had a very pleasant experience at the Card Shack. A family atmosphere, with staff that has a passion and knowledge for the business. The owner took a second to shake my hand and welcome to me to his store. Will definitely be back!

Stopped in the store the other day after looking at their website online. They had a lot of great option and the owners sons Andrew and Matt helped out a bunch when choosing a gift! I can’t wait to stop by again and see the new stuff they get in!

I recently came into Card Shack to get some prices on my collection of cards that my dad left me. I shopped multiple stores to get prices. I ended up selling them to Steve (the owner) because he took the time and explain the conditions of the cards. He was very honest and fair! Highly recommend going to Card Shack to sell your collections!

I always try to find a unique advent calendar for my sons during the Christmas season. This year I found the perfect one for my sons at the Card Shack. I was able to purchase a baseball advent calendar and then I was able to purchase and create a custom advent calendar for my other son I can’t wait for the advent season!

Discovered a unique gem in our neighborhood (Lynbrook). I needed a gift for a 10-year-old boy who loves sports. When I walked into the Card Shack I was greeted. The young man behind the counter, which I found out later was the owners son, helped me pick out the perfect gift!

This store is a collector’s paradise. Can’t explain in words how much I enjoyed stopping at The Card Shack. Some fantastic sports memorabilia for people of all ages. I will surely be visiting again.

I have shopped at many sports card memorabilia stores, Card Shack is not like the others. It stands above all the rest. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Card Shack was very clean, and stocked with all vintage and current cards. Definitely the place to go if you’re interested in some awesome cards!
