My experience with Bank of America in Lynbrook deserves a glowing five-star review! I visited the branch to open a checking account and to take advantage of the direct deposit bonus. My banker, Nicholas Azcona, provided outstanding service—pleasant, efficient, and quick in opening my account. His professionalism and helpful demeanor made the entire process seamless, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the service provided. Bank of America in Lynbrook, thanks to Nicholas, has certainly earned my trust and recommendation for their excellent customer service.

This bank just stole money from my father in Lynbrook, New York. They refuse to do the right thing and investigate this situation. Pull your accounts from this bank immediately!

The manager Jessica went above and beyond. She made my day if not my whole week. Professional staff. Even Erika helped! With their teamwork and perseverance I was able to get exactly what I needed. After facing some hurdles, they still made it happen!

I walked in BOA, simply to make a withdrawal. I asked one of the tellers is there an ATM (so I didn't have to wait in the line). She looked at me and then acted like she didn't see me. A woman, waiting in the line said yes, there's an ATM on the side of those doors. I said thank you so much. I guess it was too hard to speak for the teller. Terrible customer service.

I just left the bank. It's always a issue for me. A Black Man. All I wanted to do. Was change. Small bills to big bill. Only one Cashier. Smh. Catering to. A Not Black Man. Without a Debit card. He said he lost. It. I walked out. Everyone acting Professional. For a Job. They are still making mistakes. And requesting a Manager. How in the world is this possible. Dam shame. What the Black Man. Has to deal with daily

I'm not a BofA customer but had to visit this location in order to execute a POA for a family member's account. One needs an appointment for 'any services' and even if there was an opening today or any day this week, their notary is off this week! They suggested going to another branch nearby, but they all require an appointment. This is why I'm not a BofA customer, it's unfortunate that my family member is and hopefully I can work to close this account and move all assets to a bank that actually has customer service.

I was once a customer with this branch. One day I went in to do a withdrawal for my rent. The teller that I had was very rude. She wouldn’t allow me to do the same transaction that I do every month with no problem. I swiped my card and put in my pin. When I asked the teller for a large amount not exceeding anything that want her worry. She asked me for my ID. I gave it to her and then she said she also needed my signature. I also gave that to her and she said she could not verify that it was me. Although everything matched up. Then I asked for a manager and the manager basically treated me the same. Even after I logged into my OWN account in front of them. This branch is disgusting and the customer service here is terrible in my opinion.
