When I buy a vehicle from Nortz and Virkler they are always totally honest and upfront with me. Unlike some other dealers they didn’t jack up the price of my Mustang Mach e. The price Ford quoted me was the price I paid. I always feel that they have dealt with me fairly. The techs in their service department seem to be pretty knowledgeable. Above all, everyone at Nortz and Virkler is friendly.

For the most part I am satisfied with the home town service you receive from this dealership. My only complaint is they don't offer courtesy vehicles or rides. And I feel they take short cuts at times. The result is having to go back to get work done that should have been done.

This placed changed my whole outlook on dealerships. Started with an awesome price and topped it off with superior customer service. I didn't even try and haggle one dollar off the price. This is where I'm going to get my vehicles from now on.

We are in the area for a vacation when our 2017 F350 started having problems. I called first thing on a Saturday morning, they told us to bring it down and they would get it right in. We arrived and Jacob greeted us and did the paperwork up. He got it right in, he also updated us along the way. Great job by all!

Had my car fixed back in November called to get an update practically a week later and they had no recollection of where my car was they said it wasn’t here. Then they found it. Then today went in to get my brakes and rotors done and I called last Monday April 25th and they said we are looking into next week. They asked me what day I said Monday May 2nd and I gave them my name. I asked what time on May 2nd and he said bring it in the earliest you can on May 2nd. So today I brought it in right when the service department opened (because he said bring it on the earliest you can) and I get turned away saying they can’t do it.
