There was only one mechanic working this afternoon, can't get an alignment till next month.The main mechanic hasn't been there in over 3 months,makes more money welding away from home.

I will say it was the last thing on my mind I just read that response from the owner who was in reply to a low star review. I can see he went into great depth with a little brat crying fit with attitude twords being outright insulting bc it's most likely the only thing in honest words possible to be defensive for his company. I myself can confirm it with a similar story and price deal way to high for the abuse they tromp in a customer vehicle be it a work vehicle or not matters little to none to them. It might be the worst customer response from a owner I've ever read and sickening to see proudly get posted publicly by a soposed professional adult.

Eric and the team did a great job on my ‘12 Audi A4. Came in with an AC system that only supplied warm air, and the next day it blew ice cold. Never any hidden charges or unnecessary parts being replaced at i2i. Cost effective, and always done right.

They Have took Care of 4 of My Vehicles and They do it the Way it should be. They find the problem ,Fix it and then Drive it to see if they fixed the issues that the Vehicle came in with , Well I TRUST Them with the Lives of My Wife ,And Grandkids because I Drive Vehicles that they have Fixed For Me and I Treat My Vehicles Very Badly

I would never take my vehicle here...they charge crazy and when they're done working on your vehicle they let their employees drive it for their own personal car for how ever long they feel and believe me they're not nice to them.. .would definitely think twice before I took my car there
