Online service appointment website feature was easy and very helpful. When I arrived, they were waiting and ready and even added an additional service request to my list.
Later, when most of work was done, a service tech came to get me and discussed what had been done, what was left and shortly thereafter I was on the road.
The only thing that could be improved about this experience actually has nothing to do with the service department, it has more to do with no visible salespersons to discuss a new car purchase and trade-in potential. Otherwise this would have been a 10/10 score; the Service Department consistently operates at a 10/10 score!
