“Just came in for a ny inspection & to have them put my new plates on my car for me and it was done quickly and for only 10 bucks. guy even put my dmv sticker on my car for me”
“Online service appointment website feature was easy and very helpful. When I arrived, they were waiting and ready and even added an additional service request to my list.
Later, when most of work was done, a service tech came to get me and discussed what had been done, what was left and shortly thereafter I was on the road.
The only thing that could be improved about this experience actually has nothing to do with the service department, it has more to do with no visible salespersons to discuss a new car purchase and trade-in potential. Otherwise this would have been a 10/10 score; the Service Department consistently operates at a 10/10 score!”
“When I buy a vehicle from Nortz and Virkler they are always totally honest and upfront with me. Unlike some other dealers they didn’t jack up the price of my Mustang Mach e. The price Ford quoted me was the price I paid. I always feel that they have dealt with me fairly. The techs in their service department seem to be pretty knowledgeable. Above all, everyone at Nortz and Virkler is friendly.”
“My wife and I are visiting from out of state. During our 9 hour trip here we encountered some issues with our exhaust. By the time we arrived at our destination the tailpipe had separated from the exhaust, the muffler had a hole, and the Y connector had broken. I know because I crawled under my suv and examined it. I showed up at Dutchman and told the lady behind the counter my dilemma. She spoke to Rob (I think). He immediately got my vehicle in and was able to fix all issues. Luckily he had an exhaust pipe bender! I was back on the road by 11 am. What a huge relief! I feel much better putting my wife and dogs back in the car for the return trip. The lady at the desk was super knowledgeable about the business as well as the area. Really nice lady! Price was very fair also. 5 stars for sure!”

“Brought the car in to get tires switched and they ended up being the wrong ones, so we opted to just buy a set even with the mix up they still had our car finished up in about a half hour also noticed a missing lug nut up front and found us a new one for $2.50, isn't the same but it fits and it's safe, which is all that really matters, would like to thank the car care crew for doing their jobs and a few others too, as they catch quite a bit of gruff over the propane which they don't have keys to but that doesn't stop people from complaining to them about it, but they were still quick to get on the PA and ask for assistance for the propane outside, anyhow all around great job”
