I bought a watch and could not figure out how to take links out of the strap. I had thought that this jewelry store had closed because the sign was gone, but I called and they were open! The lady was a god send and made quick work of something I had been struggling to fix for hours. She was so lovely and kind and the store has beautiful jewelry and gifts. I highly recommend! Shop local!

Very disappointed bought a ring for my wife. Needed to be resized store was not open when they said they were. I like dealing with small business but not when they aren't reliable.

This store is a staple of our town for good reason. The owner is so kind and helpful. I wanted to order a present for my husband and she helped me get the wording for the engraving just right. I am there at least once a month to drop off watches so she can change batteries, or to drop in and get my jewelry fixed. She is amazing, hands down. I am so thankful for her knowledge and expertise.

I went there recently while passing through Lowville, N.Y., for a short stay. I had imagined finding a quaint jewelry store, and an experience to match. The owner did not disappoint. She indulged all my questions with an enthusiasm that matched and complimented my curiosity. As a former salesperson myself, I know that product knowledge and being personable are so key. She exceeded my expectations, and I even got a fine piece of jewelry out of the deal. Thank you, E.

Fantastic jewelry store with a mix of modern and antique jewelry and gifts. The store was reminiscent of the jewelry stores of the 50s and 60s where the focus was on quality and service. The woman who waited on me was knowledgeable and personable.
