I purchased 5 yards of cobble stone on Thursday for Saturday delivery.they delivered Saturday morning, I was at work. When my landscaper came to do the job , he refused to do it , do to the amount of mud on the stone . On top of that I only got about 3 yards when I paid for 5 yards plus the delivery.
I called them and send them 2- videos showing the mud run off on my driveway. Emily was to get back to me the following day . No return call from anyone.I tried texting and calling no response.
I don’t recommend anyone to buy any products. Terrible customer service.
This is not about the $300 cost of goods , not being able to do the job on the weekend.

A simple return phone call could have saved you but unfortunately you cant afford to fix their mistake but can but a football team i hope karma gets you

Wanted 2 yards of mulch again this year and for the second straight year came they came up short. Been doing this for over 10 years and always had enough. I even didn't put it in all the places I wanted to. Talked to them and someone was going to call but never did.

Hey, remember me? Frank - the guy you all accused of stiffing you out of money for dirt when I went to your establishment and paid in CASH to a younger kid. Just wanted to let you know that in the past 6 years since you accused me of not paying, I've given all of my business to Stiles Excavating. I've purchased 40 yards of top soil, 50 yards of #2 stone, 80 yards of crushed stone, and ... ready for this? 600 yards of dirt. I call and John comes same day or the next because I'm such a good customer. You falsely accuse me of stiffing Constantine Farms, WHICH AGAIN, my family are all farmers and that's something I wouldn't do to anyone, and now I want you to see how much business you've lost, mostly in part thanks to that miserable old lady who works there.

They're charging premium prices for sub par Christmas trees here. Half of them are shorter than me (I'm 6') and the other half are just way too expensive. The cheapest tree on the lot that I could find was $75 and I was taller than it. They can get upwards of $100 for a normal 6'-7' tree. Most of these are easily $40 trees all day long. The prices are just absurd here. Go to Boght FD In Latham instead. All trees are $60 and they're good looking trees.

Great service, ordered 30 yards of Top soil and was delivered on time and placed exactly where I needed it. The top soil was clean and free of any stones and imperfections. Will definitely be calling for more supplies in the future. Highly recommended!

I went to inquire about the availability of vegetable plants for the spring. The customer service lady was really helpful and nice in explaining that the plants would be ready for sale in about a week. She said they were waiting for the cold spring nights to be over. Which made sense in these parts of America. I plan to return soon as the vegetable plants I bought there last year were excellent. ?

Unsecured load on the northway Friday resulted in a stone or rock hitting my windshield and forcied me to replace it. I'm out $334 and they won't even call me back since Friday.
