Great customer service. Sam and J made sure the rather complicated transfer from my iphone 11 to a new iphone 14 went smoothly. They are both smart and kind and worked with me to ensure I walked away a satisfied customer. I work at Modern Spaces a few doors down and now consider these guys new local friends. Highly recommend!

Travelling in New York and wanted to get a SIM. Went to the shop and found Sam and Jay. Superb service. Friendly and made sure my phone operated smoothly under the new network. Can't ask for more!

I had a fantastic experience at this store. Unlike the two stores I had gone to prior, the reps at this store took their time to explain everything beautifully and helped us get set up with two new phones.
