So I Ordered 4 tires from Good Year and Venus is their certified tire shop. Long story Short. Good year delivered those tires to this shop and i had appointment at 6 pm. I went there exactly at 6 pm. That scumbag was saying he can not change the tires. WHY??? He forgot about the appointment. No sorry, No apology. Rather being sorry He was saying if you want you can cancel the appointment and take the tires. Since i have small car so i went to friends house and got my friend and his car to get those tires. Then that guy was saying he cannot give me the tires. He needs to send those tires to Good year. My question is if this is the case Why did you tell me to take the tires? And what kinda customer service it is that you forget about your appointment and refuse to do the service? This guy is rude asf. STAY AWAY. LOW LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They dont know how to run a business. All they know BS. BE AWARE !!!

Taking 3hrs to change my front break. The office went to buy a part and he makes 2times mistakes, had bought the wrong one. and each time should take 30mins to go change. Later on the mechanic had to went out with him to buy a break!! . It’s funny story? End up paying $85 for changing a front break within 3hrs total. And I was paying $200 extra for missing my appointment at 12pm to renew another appointment. Even tho I called earlier to check if they’re busy or not. The guy on the phone said YES. They can make it done within in an hour. Never trusted again and should know now the reviews on google business is real. For mechanic guys he’s nice. Work is ok.
