“After many bad experiences at my GMC service center in Sunnyside I asked neighbors for recommendations more local to where I live and many mentioned Broadway Auto Center and Harris. Today I visited for an oil change, inspection, an issue with my windshield sprayer and concern about a potential issue with my car. They took my car in and called me once they had had chance to thoroughly look at the car. Harris was excellent explaining everything to me and noted he couldn’t identify any issues. After speaking to me he did a second thorough check (including driving the vehicle) and again didn’t note anything. Rather than charge me for something that wasn’t an issue (my old GMC garage did this) he noted all the checks he’d done - and didn’t charge me for all the time he had spent. For the first time since buying my car many years ago I felt heard and treated with respect and honesty. I will be returning whenever there’s anything needed for my car from now on. Highly recommend!”
“Yes, just want to chime in that I've been going to these guys for over 8 years and there integrity always shines through by their fair pricing, efficiency and curtesy. Have never tried to upsell me on repairs, never tried to push unnecessary junk. Been to other places for convenience but inevitably return to get the great service that I've come to expect.”
“I live in the area and own a 2008 BMW 5 Series. As one could imagine, that requires an auto shop on speed dial. While the car is mechanically sound, there are constantly small things that need to be addressed (headlight out, drain clogged, wire needs replacing, brake discs, alignment, inspection, etc.).Anthony and his team have been there to handle all the small things as well as a few more major repairs like a valve cover replacement, and everything else that comes with an aging BMW. It's been almost half a decade that ZA & D. have been working with me to maintain this vehicle and I've always found them honest, competent, and transparent.I've lived in NYC over 16 years (coincidentally, about the same age as the car) and I've only felt compelled to write a review for one or two other businesses that have stood out to me as exceptional. These guys are it.”
“After having tons of issues with Tesla service, I took my 2013 Model S to Michael at Precision Auto Works in Long Island City.
They took care of my alignment and rusted tie rod. They spent plenty of time on my car and the owner is a great guy. He understands customer service and knows how to take care of customers correctly and honestly. I highly recommend them for your out of warranty Tesla needs. Thank you Mike!”

“These guys were great , I brought my car in to have them install a back up camera , this guy Steve calls me and says , there is one already there , but the wires were pulled out . He could have easily replaced it and charged me for a new one , he called me and told me , so he just charged me for reconnecting the wires , he saved me hundreds of dollars , he could have easily changed it and charge me for a new one , but he didn't .
I'll be back for any other maintenance my car will need ...”

“My daughter purchased her first used car 1 month ago. We did get an extended warranty which was worth it because her transmission went 2 weeks after. I went to Dakar because my local mechanic that does not replace transmissions recommended these guys.
I took the car to them and met with Wilson. From there he made the process simple dealing directly with the warranty company and had a brand new transmission replaced within 1 week. These guys are masters with transmissions!”
