The Tolima’s staff and shop are top notch.I first brought by 05 F150 here for new spark plugs. My previous mechanic told me to buy a new truck because he broke off a spark plug and couldn’t get it out. Tolima’s crew smiled and said they have a special extractor tool for that. They’ve been keeping my truck in perfect shape for the last 5 years now. Every time I need something done they do it fast and make the whole experience easy. Can’t say enough about this place!

Can’t say enough good things about Tolima’s. I just moved out of NYC and wish they were still servicing my Subaru. They’re courteous, knowledgeable and even follow up via text (not in an annoying way!) to see how things are going and to remind about milestone servicing which is great to make sure your vehicle is on schedule for proper maintenance. I've had several repairs on my 2011 Suzuki Kizashi done at Tolima's now: repainting and repairing the front and rear bumpers (which they paint-matched perfectly) , re-charging the AC (blows ice cold now), diagnosing and fixing an electrical short that was causing issues with my key fob and internal lights (all fixed and good to go), replacing the battery, re-painting 2 of the Vossen CVT wheels due to curb rash, having all 4 brake calipers painted in BMW's "Java Green" paint color (see pics), and finally having the wheel liners and front undercarriage plastic re-built after a previous brake job at another garage had left the liner plastic un-reattached to the bumper and caused the wheel liners to rub against the tires and get destroyed. Parts for the Kizashi are getting harder to source now because Suzuki has been out of the US market for 10 years now so this was especially important because all the wheel liners were on back-order or just unavailable period. Every repair I've had done here has been top quality both visually and mechanically. Tolima's is a perfect one-stop-shop for everything from minor paint scrapes to complex electrical issues and much more. All the staff are friendly, professional, responsive and also check in with you about cost before proceeding with repair any issues they found. Highly recommend Tolima's for all your auto-repair and maintenance needs. They're real pros and it shows.

If you need an engine you've come to the right shop. A very good experience and I couldn't be happier with the results. The total bill was as estimated, no additional expenses. They even delivered my vehicle to save me the 50-mile trip. My car was clean with a full tank of fuel, couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend Tolima's and they get an A+ from me.

Came in last minute needing an inspection for my registration. Alex got me in same day, showed me dangerous wear on my tires I and other shops had missed, and got me totally taken care of. Totally stress free and made me feel like family. Only garage I'm going to from now on, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks again dudes.

We had a particular incident happen with our car and the guys at Tolima's gave us an excellent quote and seamless service within a very short timeframe. I don't recommend this shop. I took a Range Rover in with 3 indicators on. They said they fixed it after I spent over $1000. Those 3 same indicators came back on a couple of days later. I took my car back to the shop, and they said I needed to spend close to another $1000. I said no thanks. I took a chance on this shop to see if they did quality work and to save me money. Unfortunately, they misdiagnosed the problems, and my issues are still unresolved. I will take my business elsewhere going forward.

Brought my car in for a check engine light diagnostic, and they were very communicative and honest. This is the 4th time I’ve brought my car to Alex and the Tolima’s crew and they’re always fantastic. Very hard to find a mechanic like them who will honestly tell you the difference between what needs to be taken care of ASAP and what you should probably take care of soon. They are very up front with their reasonable shop rates, and I always bring my car to them for a reason. Thanks y’all.

Service was exemplary! Very quick and professional oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic, Alex, courteously went the extra mile to torque the wheel nuts to factory specifications. Started my cross-country drive when the Check Engine light came on. Alex promised me he will have the repair done quickly. After some parts snafu, he had me on the road. Alex knows his stuff and is very organized. Don't hesitate to bring your car here for repairs.
