very courteous and helpful woman at the front desk, anxious to make sure i got what i needed. Was patient with many changes i had to make finding the correct storage place.

There's a loading dock, but it does have stairs instead of a ramp , so it is hard to load a container or higher level truck.

This facility offers great storage units that are clean and secure. I was impressed with the security features and virtual customer service option. Definitely recommended.
