Roman did a phenomenal job on my car after I was hit by an NYC taxi. He was a pleasure to speak with and was clear on the work he had done on the vehicle. His shop is immaculate and the atmosphere is welcoming. Can’t thank Roman and his team enough!

Terrible attitude towards work and customers, not sure how people are being scammed into working with this shop I was unfortunately one such unsuspecting consumer, absolutely terrible experience car had to go back 3 times and still not a complete paint job. Stay far far far away. Find an authorized for your brand.

This place is horribleThe owner of this place replaces good part’s of your car and paint what doesn’t have to be painted. This is not a joke or hate comment this is real. If we as a society avoid this bad places eventually one day they will disappear.

If their was such a thing as negative 5 stars this is what this half man deserves Roman the shop owner not is the most disrespectful PC of garbage I met in my life he is a thief and he called himself the authorize body repair for open road vw and audi..he is an insurance fraud who extra damages your car to get money for his pocket from insurance companies..it is called insurance fraud.

If you own a high end car,this is the only autobody shop to have your car done the right way. The owner puts 100% in customer service, 100% that your car is repaired the right way.

Ramon, if you are reading this, you need professional psychological help asap. Customer service is a huge part of your business, and yelling and being extremely rude to your PAYING customer is just terrible. I would recommend staying far away from this shop. Nobody deserves being treated how Ramon treats his customers.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a body shop used by a car dealer. When I arrived to pick up my car, 1/2 of the repairs that were quoted in my insurance documents were not even done. VERY apparent repairs like NOT painting the damaged front of the vehicle....for starters! New parts were never ordered instead he painted over old parts then claimed they were new. Was never able to provide proof or show me the old part he "replaced". Reason being, he NEVER did it. When he "fixed" the paint on the front and returned my car the same day to my job (after waiting 6 wks for it), I noticed all the internal damages, my car was making a serious noise, brakes were not working well and air was coming in from the door. I was SO stressed out driving home!! Roman then tried to say the seats, door and panels were already ruined. He sent me pictures of updates on my vehicle where he had heavy equipment inside my vehicle on my LEATHER SEATS! Who does that?? This vehicle had 15k miles, no kids ever sat in it and it was not used for transporting anything that would have cause any interior damage. Since I had proof of how my vehicle looked right before it was towed to the bodyshop, the dealer made arrangements to have everything repaired by someone else. I was NOT going to allow my vehicle to return to this fraudulent scam artist who takes advantage of insurance companies and people! Now, I'll explain why Roman is the MOST offensive, rude, uncivilized and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. And that says a lot living in NYC for 25 years! When I arrived (with a gift for him and treats for the staff), and I saw all the damages that were still existing....I asked Roman about it in disbelief! He proceeded to yell at me on the top of his lungs telling me not to question him and that those things were not in the quote. That I would have to pay extra for all the details I was pointing out. He continued to yell at me and tell me that he doesn't do bad work and has a high end shop. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? WHO DID HE THINK HE WAS YELLING AT A CUSTOMER THAT HE WAS TRYING TO SCAM??? When I pointed out in the documents I had printed what was on there and he messed up...he continued to yell and I told him NOT to speak to me that way! I was SO upset that I called the dealer and demanded to speak to a Manager. My car was brought in the first week of January 2021 and I picked up my car ending of Feb 2021. Because of Roman's carelessness, I didnt get my vehicle back til July 2022. I was without my vehicle a total of 7 months due to all the damage this body shop created. Roman's Star Service body shop created an additional $20K in damages. NEVER EVER EVER come to this place. I have NO idea how this place is in business and why ANYONE- including car dealers- work with this place or this man.

Is not fair for the people that we live in the neighborhood that you have 20 cars parked on both side of the street all the time leaving us looking for parking for hours you even leave big space between cars THAT IS NOT FAIR I will report this to the city to the area council member to whoever need to know this situation this have been going for years.
