This place will bait and switch you on the prices just to get you in. I called specifically asking for a cash price and was given a figure. I triple checked with the agent on the phone to make sure the price they were telling me was the cash price but when I went in there the price magically went up by $7,000 if I wanted to pay in cash. Don't waste your time here, there are better options out there.

There seems to be over 500 auto dealers and used car showrooms in Queens...so how should you choose where to go? Well if your'e lucky you'll end up here working with Chris. Do they offer the best price...it's hard to tell. Do they want to make a profit? Absolutely. But you won't feel strong-armed or pushed into buying something..Like at Power's where you will end up in a managers office..rather than being able to close the deal with your salesperson. But more importantly, this place actually stands behind their cars. My daughter asked me to come along into the belly of the beast. I was weary at best. But the cars were spotless inside and out. There was no hard sell. And, although we were very unlucky because the car my daughter originally wanted broke down, no fault of theirs...they couldn't have known that a solenoid would go bad after our test drive, Chris, who came out to see the problem after we "limped back" to the showroom, offered to either fix the problem, give my daughter back her money...un heard of..with used cars...or sell her any other car she wanted. My daughter ended up buying the car I originally thought she should have taken in the first place...and saved herself an additional $3,000. When was the last time you heard of a car salesman selling a car that netted him less money? Long story short. This car is a gem. I can confidently say that now, that she has been driving it for over a week. Chris, even offered to sell this car to my daughter and take it back if she wasn't 100% thrilled. She is. So, like I said there are hundreds of places to "buy" a used car in Long Island city, and though we can't comment about the others other than "Powers" if you don't want to be taken "for a ride" GUARANTEED stop here first and talk to Chris. You won't be disappointed.

Ya, there are red flags, thank God right in the beginning of the buying process. I emailed and asked for a line item, out the door price, including all fees and Tax, tag, title, given a plate transfer and supplying my zip code. "Chris" replied that they do not disclose price over the phone and that I must come in for them to supply the actual price. The fact that I am 5-hours away is irrelevant, I'd never do business with a facility with this business model and this stinks of high pressure, high value hidden fees. No thank you.

Found a car on car gurus. I called and spoke to Carlos. I told him I would be paying cash for the car. I asked if the price was firm or if 3500$ was good since I was paying cash. He yes yes yes come down. I drove 2 hours. Only to get there and her told me the price was firm and they couldn't do anything about it. I asked him why he didn't say anything when I told him i was coming with cash. He had no answers. And then his boss jumped in telling me well you want the car you have to pay blah blah blah then says we'll put money down and finance a car. Like sir this is a used car for my son I'm not financing nothing. Just beware your not going to get a discount. Even if you are paying cash.

Terrible customer service. He didn't ask us if we had any questions or needed any help.I would not recommend buying somewhere else where you're respected. The cars are overpriced and aren't in great condition. THERES NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS so save your time and go somewhere else.

The salesperson and manager seem like nice folks. However, be forewarned, they will not let you test drive if they determine you are not in the position to make the purchase same day.
I was honest in stating that i cannot make the purchase decision immediately as my current vehicle is in the process of a sale.
I called ahead to make sure i could test drive as I am deciding to see if this was the correct car for me.
I don't fault them for their business decision. But it was an inconvenience for me.
I wish I had known that i couldn't test drive and I wouldn't have made the trip.

Very very very rude employees! We drove 2 hours with our child to see a particular car. Went into the showroom but it said it was closed. We arrived at 5 pm on July 3!!! It says everywhere that they are open until 7 pm! He wouldn't even listen to us. I will never and will never recommend this place to anyone!

We had a most pleasant experience with Chris at Showroom Auto. First of all, the showroom is full of meticulously detailed beautiful vehicles. Chris is eloquent, personable and very funny! He is professional and informative about the car buying process and everything made complete sense. He went above and beyond with our customer care and we are seasoned car buyers. We were there to buy a high quality vehicle and we felt fortunate to deal with a trustworthy, respectable individual. We purchased an amazing BMW 4 series x drive convertible and from now on we have our Car Man Chris at Showroom Auto! Thank you for the enjoyable experience. LisaMarie and Rob.

Simply put I came in for an Audi Q8, Chris made it happen for me. This is the 3rd car my family has bought from Showroom Auto. We are happy with those and this purchase. Highly recommended great people there to get you what you want.

Very disappointed, the price are higher 3k then showing on car fax, + they obligated you to take a non needed warranty (2.5k ) extra,
Just and advise take diferent place to buy your next car to be more happy
