The staff is patient and kind, even tho I have witnessed first hand customers being total jerks and treating them horribly. In spite of how they are treated, they are kind and patient anyway. This is a local business that we need to STAY in business!!!

“I simply cannot recommend Airsea enough - they made what felt the impossible, possible. I was moving from Ireland to the USA and I was overwhelmed with the process with a reactive and anxious dachshund. I spent well over 6 month researching and worrying when I learnt he would fly as cargo. I was not just worried about the logistics but how he would handle the flight.
I was put into contact with Daire from the beginning and he was absolutely incredible throughout. He always responded promptly, no matter how many questions I had (and I had a lot!). He was kind, thorough and genuinely cared — it never felt transactional.
On the day of the flight, Bridie met my mum at the IAG Cargo Terminal. My mum was just as nervous as I was, but she said Bridie was a calming, wonderful presence. She handled everything so professionally and with a warm, reassuring attitude — my mum couldn’t speak more highly of her.
Digby arrived safely (and surprisingly very happy) at JFK, and whilst it was a long night of waiting, everything went perfectly!

“Hands down the best UPS Store I've visited and I'm happy its my local one. Whenever I have to visit another UPS Store, the difference is clear. The workers are always on top of it, never complaining or giving attitude, and they are fast! The woman whom manages the store is always working hard and is always polite. I've been seeing less of her these days but the younger people she's hired are the same. They were trained well. I'll be sad when I have to move!”
“As far as post offices in NYC go, I think this office is really great. I always have had kind employees help me when needed, and they move lines along quickly. But most importantly, the handful of times I have had issues with lost packages, they have contacted me within 24 hours with a resolution.”
“Probably one of the better USPS locations around here. Typically not a long wait, and line moves relatively quickly if it is a couple people long. I prefer this to the Astoria USPS location around 21st St and Broadway. That one is a bit of a nightmare unfortunately, and it's not just the customers to blame. This one is nothing like that, with staff that are more attentive but - most importantly - also move quickly for the most part! Kudos.”
