It is a wonderful place. I came to this country a year ago and they have not stopped collaborating with us. I have three children and they have always supported us in everything. I had the opportunity to share with the people in charge of this place (Pastor Alex and Pastor Olga)... excellent human beings, always ready to help whoever needs it no matter who it is... they really carry out their work with vocation. and delivery, I invite the community that is nearby to attend the place...without a doubt, in these people you will find a lot of help??

I called the phone number listed and asked if I could drop off a donation and the person on the phone said “yes anytime before 4PM.” I Ubered to the location and they would not take my donation. The staff there said they never spoke to anyone on the phone despite confirming that I had called the correct number for that location.

It is a community center that offers many programs for free for children and adults. During this time of need, the Salvation army of Astoria has a food pantry thats offers packages to the community. Also for Thanksgiving, they are giving out packages. There is a registration to receive this package on Thanksgiving. On their website you can sign up. It is a great place the gives back to the neighborhood
