They don’t deserve one star! 1. Unsanitary 2. Unprofessional 3. Roaches coming out of under chairs…list goes on. They also cancel appts to book others who are willing to bump u out and pay extra or contingent upon the service. They don’t sterilize equipment they use which can give HIV/hep B. This place needs to be shut down. Upon seeing all of this never went again. Told all my friends who stopped going as well. Disgusting ? disrespectful staff . Of course owner will respond denying and protecting her business but this is what reviews are for, from ppl who been there. Avoid this place! ?

Book with Tiffany! Everyone there is so sweet so welcoming. Tiffany does the shaping perfectly to your liking she makes sure you are satisfied with your nails before you leave. The service is excellent!

This salon is a complete disgrace. Poor staff and it’s really unsanitary. I contracted toe fungus because the staff here was not knowledgeable or trained enough to not use nail polish that has fungus from a previous customer that had it. I highly recommend you never go here!!!!!

I have been going to this salon for 3-4 years, always leaving with beautifully done nails and zero complaints. However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed. I specifically chose this trusted salon for my birthday nails before traveling back to Canada, expecting the usual perfect result. Unfortunately, this time was different. My nails began to turn yellow by the second day, and a decorative butterfly fell off on the same day they were done. This was not the quality I've come to expect from a place I rely on for special occasions.

To start off, my mom has been a customer here for OVER 30 years as well as I have for about 10 years until I stopped going 5 years ago. The reason I stopped going was because my nails never lasted more than 2 weeks and my nails would pop off before the 2 week mark. She had the nerve to yell at my mom because my mom told her after 2 nails that she did not like what was being done and Debbie kept on! My mom went the next day and told her she didn’t like it and if she can do it the way she wants. She had the nerve to try and charge my mom for both even though she was in the wrong. She proceeded to yell at my mom infront of customers which is very unprofessional. This place DOES not value their customers but only looks at them as a dollar sign. This is why I have been going to BIN BIN with BELLA for 3 years and I have never been happier ! Never again!!!!

What a bad experience: Made me wait for more than one hour. I asked for a service and they didn't do what I asked. When I complained, they said " it was too late" and they charged me more for "their tip" than what I said. Its been a long time since I have had such a terrible service. Wont be coming back

Horrible. I will never step my foot in there again!!! My nail chipped after 2 days. They don’t know how to do nails. DO NOT GO in here expecting to have nice nails.

This place is really good some people are saying how its unhygienic but it's really not and also that when they walk in unannounced they should be able to get their nails done as soon as they walk in but no there not paying attention to you because there are other people who have appointments. I like all the workers there they do their hardest and greet people whether they have an appointment or not. Some people will say they didn't do my nails right because maybe you showed them this pic that was confusing to do but they do try their best. I also saw a review about some girls nail following off and going back the day after and they weren't paying attention to you because you have to make an appointment you can make one there.Also the prices are average not bad or good mostly around 15-30 it's not that much. This place is really good but the bathroom does make me a bit claustrophobic. This place does My nails really good. The customer service is amazing I think I said that a lot but it's really true the nail designs are just Fabulous. I truly recommend this to everybody but if your comfortable somewhere else then stay there you shouldn't change to a nail salon your not comfortable with.But anyways that's it.

I really recommend this salon especially Tiffany she’s an a creative young talent, as well as any design you want, she can make an exact copy of it, and she’s very sweet and lovely.
