Typical NY dgaf customer service from the woman at the counter. I visited two times looking for help with a particular tool. Both times they were unhelpful and wrongly advised me to do demolition when all I needed was a wrench. When I tried to return something with the original packaging, they refused. Beware, their return policy that is written on their receipts is different from a rudimentary sign that they have posted on the counter. Apparently $14 matters more to them than honoring their own policy clearly dictated in their receipt. Yikes.

Everyone was very helpful even if my explanation of what I was looking for was wrong of what I needed, once it was figured out what I was trying to get, the item was found and was very inexpensive to purchase.
