Very professional building that is serious about its cleanliness and experience. Amazing friendly staff and the buildings management practices are very fair.
Very helpful accommodating during the move in and move out process. When it rains they put out mats in the elevators.

I've lived there for 3 years. The building is well kept & clean.
Pool on the rooftop was wonderful.

Clean building. No concession what so ever. Charges for everything including changing for light bulb in the refrigerator $10, lockout $50. Not the friendliest for sure.
