Told me my brakes needed to be changed to pass inspection, took it to the dealership instead and it passed inspection no problem.
Also ended up with a nail in my tire. They were kind enough to repair it so they get two stars.

After having tons of issues with Tesla service, I took my 2013 Model S to Michael at Precision Auto Works in Long Island City.
They took care of my alignment and rusted tie rod. They spent plenty of time on my car and the owner is a great guy. He understands customer service and knows how to take care of customers correctly and honestly. I highly recommend them for your out of warranty Tesla needs. Thank you Mike!

Fantastic experience at Precision Auto Works! From start to finish, everything went seamlessly. The owner (Michael) was incredibly friendly and informative, making sure I understood every part of the inspection and maintenance process. The facilities were spotless and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Plus, the turnaround time was impressively fast - I was in and out quicker than I expected. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for top-notch service and a hassle-free experience. I will definitely be coming back for all my future vehicle needs. Five stars all the way!!!

I got a nail in one of my car tires. I stopped by and dropped my car off to Michael and they took great care of my car & got the nail removed and patched the tire. On top of that, Precision is a certified service center for Mercedes Benz so I felt more comfortable dropping my car off knowing they are certified and have experience with my vehicle. Can’t recommend enough!! Thank you Precision!!
