Clothes came back fine but won’t be coming back due to the poor customer service. Like others have said, the owners seem to always be rude for no reason (even by New York standards).

I decided to get my wedding dress dry cleaned after receiving it back from alteration. And I went to this dry cleaner as I have used it in the past for other clothing items. It was just two weeks before my wedding and the timing was tight. Jose tried calling several places to ensure he finds his contact who will take care of my dress on time - and actually it came one day before it was originally planned!! The wedding was amazing and people gave me compliments about the dress too. Very grateful for reliable and thoughtful customer service experience.

I live in the area and have been coming here for all cleaning and alteration needs. Jose is always very welcoming and gives a true neighborhood feel. I have come multiple times with last minute requests to get dresses altered and he had it back to me within days at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Owner said he could only get rid of the blood stains— the stains are still thereDespite the fact that he said it would need more time to get rid of. I come back and there are still stains and he said I’d have to pay more in order for the stains to come off.I go home and clean the blood stain myself and it comes off immediately.10/10 would not recommend.

The "gentleman" who answers the phone is extremely rude. I am a Doorman in Long Island city for 15+ years. His driver wrongly took a bag from me after I asked him TWICE if it was the correct bag. When I called the next morning to ask for the bag back, the "gentleman" who answered jumped down my throat before I could even get a few words out, and then proceeded to threaten and hang up on me. I called back and when he realized it was me again, he threatened to hang up on my again. I will be discussing his obscene and rude treatment of me with the customers here where I work. Professionals should be able to RESPECTFULLY confer without being hostile to one another and making accusations.

Rude! I said I have a shirt to drop off for cleaning and in a very antagonistic tone the guy over the counter corrected me that “this is actually a sweater not a shirt!” my sweater was cleaned but looks like that they just threw it in a washing machine and then ironed it. I see lint bubbles all over it. It used to not be like that.

This place must be under new ownership. We use to love them years ago. The guys will hang up the phone on you when there is a disagreement. It takes weeks to a month to get my white romper back. Never again! Poor service and management!!

TLDR; 0 STARS. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A DIFFERENT SMALL BUSINESS WHO APPRECIATES CUSTOMERS.My brother and I went in to drop off some expensive, very personal and meaningful items. Due to previous bad experiences in the city, I asked if the owner can make sure the items aren't damaged. He told us to leave the store and had to audacity to tell my brother my issue is in my head and not them LOL I HAVEN'T EVEN DROPPED OFF AN ITEM YET ?? the ego and pride the "owner" or "manager" has is entertaining to say the least.

I've been taking my clothes to be altered and cleaned for the last four years, and it's always been consistently good. I'm always greeted by my first name with a friendly smile. Alterations are done promptly and they are always able to meet a rush on any dry cleaning. They also deliver to us in Astoria, which is amazing. They even altered our friend's wedding dress and did a fabulous job on the suit jackets and trousers. All up, I would definitely recommend this family business which is a lot for me to say especially as it's hard to find good cleaners and alterations for a reasonable price' I've never been disappointed!
