While inconvenient location, the facility is fine. The movers work really hard! ON THE OTHER HAND, the salespeople in the office will LIE to you knowing the working movers will have to take the fall (deal with customers who were lied to about pricing). A "free" move turned into paying $200 on day of moving--with no other choice but to pay because what else are you supposed to do? Closed my contract early (still had to pay it out) due to not being able to trust a lying company with irreplaceable belongings.

5/5, 10/10, I absolutely recommend Moishe's! Luis, Dino, and the rest of the team were incredibly accommodating. I came to visit my storage unit on a Friday afternoon; they could not have been more pleasant. An absolutely seamless experience, with top-notch customer service.

Ive had storage with Moishe's for about a year and a half and they always make everything so easy! I did a free pickup into storage which was so fast and i didnt even have to go to the facility with them. I was able to fill out all the paperwork on the spot and they put the items in the facility for me. I checked out a few other facilities before settling on moishes and they were by far the most cost effective option. Would definitely recommend checking them out if your in need of storage.

The manager Dino understands how to treat his customers he is fair, kind and honest. The workers are friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. Been a customer of Moishes self storage for a few years now and wouldn't think of going somewhere else.

The employees are so personable and very dedicated to customer serviced. They are helpful and very knowledgeable. As President of The Good Life Association on Roosevelt Island (RISA- a Non Profit Senior Organization) we transferred from a storage place on Northern Blvd years ago and we are glad to have made the transition. The rates and customer service experiences have been great . Thank you to the Lovely ladies at the front desk and the all the guys that are always helpful.

WOW!We moved this week within Jersey City and Moishe's (Yosef) were fabulous during the entire process.To start with they gave the lowest price (quote) and provided the insurance letter immediately once booked .During the day of move, they kept me informed about their status and arrived earlier than expected. The team (Yosef/team) had a military style approach/ professionalism and they finished the task before the estimated time. They coordinated with both the source/destination building seamlessly and we had no hassle whatsoever. I ended up paying less than the quote and there were NO HIDDEN CHARGES!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and this review is the first thing I'm doing sitting in our new apartment; I'm that impressed :)Note# they charge you extra if you pay by CC, so have cash with you.

I've had a storage unit here for years and I have received nothing but GREAT service. No issues with parking at the loading/unloading bay They also have outstanding customer service staff. I definitely recommend Moishes for your storage needs!

First time ever coming to an auction where they sell you other people's items that have been held in there for who knows how long!! Found some interesting items that are worth some big bucks..and some that aren't. The whole experience ITSELF was interesting.

Box missing, a lot of damages of furniture , Brocken expensive China. Even though paid for insurance, you not going to get fixed
