Negative 100 stars. Worst customer service. Woman that work there are completely rude. Just had shainne tell me not to jump off a bridge after telling me my policy cancelled and not letting me talk and question it, when I made my payment on time and it was an error on there part. Then again I guess working customer service job and having to deal with people everyday cant be that great of a job, so I understand. But SOME people/customer skills are necessary.
