The scammers have been evicted! My story involves me buying a $270 phone which was actually $189 on their own computer system. However, in order to make it $270, the cashier added a $70 charger adapter that she told me to my face she'd add it for free!!! Then when I wanted a refund, they said only corporate stores do refunds, not authorized dealers. Total scam of a store. Nothing in this store was a deal, ever!!!

I was served by a girl with short hair, I don't remember her name well, something like that… her treatment was excellent and she was really very patient and kind.

I wish that I could give negative stars reviews to the sorry excuse of a store location. The employee Oscar the most unprofessional staff member I've ever had to deal with. Charged me $300 for a phone case. I didn't notice that my phone was underneath a free phone promotion. They will do this to you and pocket the rest. Do not go to here. Go somewhere else. The best part was him laughing in my face or only saying "sorry" while rolling his eyes and onlyafter he had hand me the cash. Please if you don't believe me. Read all th3 reviews. I'm not alone in my experience. This location is full of thieves

Check your receipt before leaving! A young woman employee said I had to pay an extra $50 upgrade fee, when in reality, she charged me for a $50 tempered glass cover that I didn't ask for instead. When I asked her about it, she said that I was only able to get the advertised upgrade discount if I also bought the tempered glass. Needless to say, I got my money back for the tempered glass and I'll never get my metro PCS phone here again.

This location always closes before the time it’s stated today I was there an hour before closing and the associate is just standing behind the register at 5pm with a locked door. You should look into this paying employees for absolutely nothing
