I live upstairs from them and really wanted to make them my pharmacy. They never ever have any of my prescriptions and they take days -even for time sensitive drugs- to bring them in. They are also rarely ever open and the area outside of the pharmacy is filthy and full of garbage to the extent that the pharmacy looks abandoned on 21st street.

They ran out of my prescription but sent message saying my prescription was ready. I went to a different pharmacy for a year a d figured I would try this one again since it's so close, they don't carry my prescriptions now but didn't bother to say anything to the doctor or me. I had to call in and ask why my medication wasn't filled yet. If you need your prescriptions I don't reccomend this place. Cute interior though for small gifts.

Marina, the pharmacist, is so knowledgeable and helpful. Service is amazing and the staff is friendly. Great selection of supplemental items. Its a truly pleasant experience every time I visit this neighborhood pharmacy store.

Merlin Chemists is my go to pharmacy! I live around the corner and it's so nice to be able to walk in and have the pharmacists know me by name. They always have my prescriptions in stock! Also, it reminds me of a European pharmacy - with all the essentials but also cute little gift items too. I have purchased care packages for friends on more than one occasion!

I have been using Merlin Chemists for several years, for prescriptions, notary services, faxing, DMV vision tests and general health and personal care products.I could not be happier and they are just around the corner from me.The owners provide an extraordinary level of service, professionalism and courtesy that is often lacking in the larger chains.The pharmacy is pristine and stocked with unique gift items you won’t find in other large pharmacies.It’s a pleasure when the owner knows your name and offers personalized advice on medication and other health issues.I can unconditionally recommend Merlin Chemists and will continue to use them for all my pharmacy related needs.
