I got stranded in the bronx and needed to get my car to a BMW repair shop quickly. I called Mastermind towing and they did a great job in getting to the Bronx from Queens within the hour. They're very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Mastermind Towing.

I had an new employee coming to work for me from Long Island and needed his huge tool chest brought to Brooklyn it was very important that the truck be on time so the worker didn’t have to wait thanks to mastermind towing and Ed the driver for getting this done !!! Last night, in the midst of a winter storm, I had the unfortunate experience of needing a tow almost 3 hrs away from home...a first for me. The car company arranged for Mastermind Towing and they were great! I had the pleasure of dealing with Sunny, the owner, and his wife Shaila who were a pleasure to speak with from start to finish. The communication was consistent and they made me feel like my car was in good hands. I highly recommend their service!

My deepest apologies!Apparently there are two Mastermind Tow Companies...The one I used which was the authorized tow for AllState Insurance Company is based in the Bronx and NOT the Mastermind Tow Company in Long Island City, Queens, NY.Unfortunately, I realized this after my comment was posted. I did called the Long Island City Mastermind and spoke to the owners wife who was as nice as could be over the phone. Please don't let this comment reflect negatively on the Long Island City Mastermind Towing Company located in Queens, New York when anyone is shopping around or conducting research for a tow.

On Saturday, my daughter got a flat tire on her way to JFK Airport. MBenz Emergency Services contacted Mastermind Towing to arrange for the vehicle to be picked up for servicing at her local dealership. It seems the addresses my daughter provided were not accurate. After a few attempts, with plenty or patience and perseverance, the car was found and towed to be repaired. We can not thank Eddie and Sunny enough for finding the car and towing it to be repaired. They were very helpful in this stressful situation especially not being there to assist them. I also appreciated the text messaging of the towing status and photos of the car when picked up with the flat tire and when dropped off at MBenz. They made a parent's nightmare more bearable. Thank you again.

These guys saved me today! Can’t thank you enough. Within 1 1/2 hrs my car was picked up towed to the service center. Images sent to me. Calls along the way. Great customer Service. Peace of mind. Thank you thank you ? ?
