THIS PLACE SUCKS. I CALLED MY WARRANTY THAT MAJOR WORLD SOLD ME I STILL HAVE 1 MORE YEAR. PEOPLE YOU DONT HAVE TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO MAJOR WORLD SERVICE CENTER YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY SHOP AMD YOUR WARRANTY WILL PAY WHO EVER U FEEL CONFY THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE THEY WASTE PEOPLE TIME AND THEY JUST FIND ANYTHING JUST TO BILL YOUR WARRANTY ONE THINH AT A TIME INSTEAD OF POINTING EVERYTHING OUT AT ONE TIME . OPEN YOUR EYES!!!

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. THIS PLAN IS NOT WORTH BUYING. IF I CAN TAKE THE 1 START !! THEY OVER CHARGER THEY MAKE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME. COMMUNICATION HORRIBLE THEY RUDE COCKY. AND THEY GIVE YOUR CAR THE WORST TREATMENT EVER. LONG STORY SHORT TOOK MY VEHICLE HERE BC GIVING ME DIFFERENT CODES... THEY TOLD ME IS A PURGE VALVE WHITCH TOOK 15 MIN TO CHANGE PIECE COST 38$ BUCKS. THEY CHARGE 310$ TOTAL. AFTER WORK DONE, MY VEHICLE DIDN'T WANT TO TURN ON ! NOW THE BATTERY THAT I PURCHASED 2 WEEK AGO WENT BAD out of nowhere. SO I WENT TO CHANGE. AUTO ZONE CHANGE THE BATT RUN A DIAG TO MY CAR TELLING WHAT'S REALLY THE PROBLEM N GIVE ME THE PAPER PROVING THAT THERE BATTERY GOOD . BUT CHANGE IT ANYWAYS. I GO TO MAJOR WORLD AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SEE OR HEAR IT. THEY WHERE TRYING TO GET RID OF ME. WAS THERE AN ENTIRE DAY. MANAGER COMES W MY CAR OPENS THE HOOD AND START TELLING ALL THE PROBLEM IN MY CAR..." NOW WHY U TELLING ME?? WHY YOUR GUYS DIDN'T PICK UP ON THAT, THE CAR WAS THERE ALL DAY. HE TELLING ME TO RETURN MY SECOND BATTERY AND BUY ONE OF THERES... LIKE WTH?? ANOTHER 300$ FOR A BATTERY. BESIDE WHO GOING TO FIX ALL THE THINGS U POINT OUT?? I EXPLAIN TO THIS GUY WHY I BEEN COMING FOR THE PASS WEEK N WHY I WAS THERE . I EXPLAIN MY CAR IS GIVING ME DIFFERENT CODES. MY CAR WAS JURKY WHILE THE DRIVER WAS DRIVING IT. LONG STORY SHORT HE WAITED TO CLOSING TIME TO TELL ME HE WAS NOT GOING TO SERVICE ME ANYMORE A PLAN A CONTRACT THAT WE SIGN HE SENT ME AWAY WITH ALL MY PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED. IM GOING TO TRY TO CANCEL AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE. TODAY IM.GOING BACK. My terminal us very loose they couldn't even fix this. Overall get better assessment before buying this 3000$ plan.

Manager Nenad, Jessica & Luz are simply the best! Rarely have I liked a car repair place. I always feel like they wanna hose me with excessive and expensive repairs. Not Major World Service Department. Outstanding service and they make you feel like you're part of the family.

This establishment has a tendency to overcharge its customers. Please inform them that you will be seek services elsewhere for a much more affordable price which I just conquered. Anything else that’s part of the warranty is find to take here.

This mechanic shop sucks, I was there from 10 am through 5:30 pm for a rattling noise underneath my car and my speakers. They said they fixed the rattling noise but the noise continued as soon as I hit the highway. They told me I would have to come back for the speakers as the warranty is not answering, mind you they’re trying to call the warranty at 4:30 PM as if I were not here since 10AM and told them about both these issues at 10AM. Highly disappointed and annoyed, happens everytime. Should’ve never purchased their warranty. Don’t even buy a car from them, has all these issues and they’ll never fix them

I just want to thank everyone at major world chevrolet service department, everyone was so helpful . I had stuck with my car, they sent me tow truck and fixed my car same day

Major world services are the best. I have had 4 cars bought and serviced with Major World and never had any problems or worries about the quality of service I would receive when I brought or had my car serviced.

I WAS STRESSED BEYOND BELIEF. NOT ONLY WERE THEY ACCOMMODATING I WAS PROVIDED A LOANER AND THE MANAGER MADE SURE EVERYTHING I ADDITIONALLY MENTIONED WAS FIXED IN NO TIME….IM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED. FROM THE STAFF TOTHE MECHANICS EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. SPECIAL GRATITUDE TO THE MANAGER NENAD. EASY GOING NICE GUY
