Boyan and Milo were great. Any questions I had were quickly answered both beforehand and during. The day of, the move went smoothly, and the price was definitely worth it. They even tried to help me capture a hurt pigeon to take to a rescue, which genuinely made my day! Can't recommend Magical Moving enough and I would definitely use their services again.
(P.S. If you ever read this, Boyan and Milo, I was able to get the pigeon help after you left!)

Ok this company rocks! They are so professional and meticulous. It really was like magic.
They moved a GIGANTIC Restoration Hardware sleeper couch for me (easily the heaviest couch I’ve ever seen and another company failed to move it). They wrapped it up like a present in moving blankets and plastic. Communication was unlike any company I’ve ever seen. Price point, excellent. Thanks!

Everyone at Magical Moving was awesome! From the beginning of requesting the quote, to followups before the moving date, they showed stellar care and attention to detail. On the day of move, the team showed up on time and was incredibly polite and respectful. They handled our move quickly and efficiently, handling all of the boxes with care and making everything super easy for us.
What really impressed me was how they went out of their way to help another moving company, Piece of Cake, that was having trouble in the loading dock and couldn't even finish their move. Boyan and his crew didn’t have to help, but they did it anyway—it just shows how kind and professional they are.
If you’re looking for movers who are not only great at what they do but also genuinely helpful and friendly, Magical Moving is the one to call. Can’t recommend them enough!

This is a real review. I hired Magical last weekend on Thumbtack and all of their reviews said very professional service and incredible customer service. I thought it was an exageration but it was not! I have NEVER had better communication, follow up, and genuine interest in my satisfaction from any other business. I have a small business and I learned a lot from their customer service. I found their fees reasonable and I didn't even get another quote (which is not like me). Highly recommend.

Such a smooth experience from start to finish - Rush and team were incredibly responsive to our booking request and tailored the quote to exactly what we needed. On move day, Rush and team proactively informed us of their ETA and quickly and smoothly executed on our move.

Magical Moving & Storage was truly magical! We had an awful experience with another moving company cancelling on us on the day of our move and we had no idea how we were going to be able to get everything in our 2-bedroom apartment from NYC to Westchester. On a whim, I messaged Magical Moving, and received a call back within 30 minutes. Rush was unbelievably kind and professional and he was able to coordinate a same-day move. His rates are fair and he reviews all furniture and items to be moved in advance and explains the price breakdown so there are no surprises. He and his team took great care of our furniture and belongings. I would recommend Magical Moving to anyone who is looking for a professional, stress-free moving experience!!

Highly recommend. After previously having a bad experience with another moving company (Dumbo), I was amazed how easy it was to work with Magical Moving. Rush, the owner, was in contact with us leading up to our move and showed up the day of the move. He was flexible as we contacted him ahead of the move looking to add additional pieces of furniture to move. Rush and his team were very friendly and helpful and moved our furniture undamaged and quickly. Everything was perfect and the price was very competitive for NYC.

Magical moving was the best experience I have had in terms of moving. Boyan and Milo were the nicest and most helpful guys in terms of getting all of the stuff in my apartment to where it had to go. They both made it so easy to get it from point A to point B.
In addition, they made sure everything was taken care of with extra care ensuring nothing gets damaged. They were very open with communication and flexibility which helps a lot.
