An exceptional experience! For the past 14 years, I’ve been leasing new cars, and the thing I dread the most is taking my car in for maintenance or repairs because service centers often show little to no care for your vehicle. At places like Queens Volvo/BMW and Manhattan Land Rover service centers, your car is often treated poorly, leaving it scratched or dirty after service. But not here.
At this service center, they truly value your car. They cover the seats with plastic and place protective mats under the pedals. There’s no reckless driving that could result in scratches or damage. They also make every effort to provide a loaner car of the same class as your vehicle, and I was able to secure a loaner just two days after making my appointment—a stark contrast to Queens Volvo or Manhattan Land Rover, where you might have to wait 1-2 months for a loaner, and getting one in the same class as your car is nearly impossible!
What also stood out was the warm and professional service. My service advisor, Maria, was exceptional—her professionalism and friendliness left a lasting impression. Her thoughtful and attentive care alleviated the anxiety I felt over the issues with my new car.
The high-quality service, respectful treatment of my vehicle, and the outstanding attitude of the staff made this experience both surprising and memorable. Highly recommended!

I just had my car serviced at their new location. It’s really a first class experience. Especially now that they have an onsite car wash. But what really made my service stand out was the service representative Maria Morales. She is attentive to scheduling and taking note of any issues with my car. She also keeps me updated on the timing and progression of my vehicle during the visit. I greatly appreciate her dedication time and time again.

The people that work here are dumb and will make you waste your time. I’ve never heard that you cannot order something to an address if the billing address is different. Then when I waste 20 minutes of my time going back and forth they won’t honor the coupon I was getting on the the online order. And I was planning on getting running boards and protective guards on my car here. Don’t waste your time coming here.
