My wife and I went to Koeppel Subaru to check out their fleet of Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. We were greeted by Raj who walked us through every step of the process with respect, patience, and grace. First day we saw a car we loved, took it for a test drive, reviewed financing and immediately put a deposit. The next day we finalized on the financing, signed the papers, got the keys and drove our vehicle home. This wouldn't have been possible without the professionalism and honesty displayed by Raj. Thank you Raj for the amazing experience!

Visited this place. No Parking. Comparably priced. But nothing that will compel you to buy. I bought a car at muct better terms and price 25 miles closer to my home. They honor Costco dealership. But all other promotions are off if you opt for Costco. It's one or the other.

Went to trade in my car thats only 3 years old with low miles and got offered $5000 less than KBB. I understand you have to make money but to low ball someone $5k less of what their car is really worth is a rip off!! Will never set my foot to this dealership. You don't even have parking at your dealership for customers, we have to park in the Supermarket lot across the street. What a joke! Then a year later I bought 2022 WRX CVT which is mistake and I called the service asking them to drain and fill the cvt transmission at 22K miles and they are refusing because it has to be done at 90K. By 90K my warranty will be over and the CVT transmission will be toasted and the fluid will be toasted, so their idea is for your warranty to run out by that time you CVT fluid is toast and once your warranty runs out at 60K and your transmission will blow up due to not replacing the fluid every 30K , then you will have to pay $10k for new CVT transmission or buy a new car. Do not ever buy any car with CVT transmission unless it's a Toyota.

Meet the finance manager and complete the paperwork before getting distracted with the car and make wise decision

Nigel was incredible! He was so great with me and my parents and made us feel so comfortable. We didn’t feel rushed, or upsold. There were things that I expressed I was looking for and things that I expressed I didn’t like. Instead of pushing me on my own opinions, he LISTENED and found a car for me that ticked all the boxes. We loved that he was so calm throughout the process, took us for a test drive and was informative. 10/10 recommend and will be sending anyone looking for a car back to him.

We were very much impressed by how helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and professional our salesperson Jeremy was. His explanations of the numerous Subaru features were clear and informative. He displayed a genuine excitement about Subarus and convincingly led us to purchase an Outback.

Don’t ever go here. All they did was waste my wife and my own time. My wife and I wanted get into a crosstrek, and we keep calling and calling and calling. Nobody answered our questions. The general manger that’s there is a joke just like the store. The GM want be disrespectful to my wife and my self. They will waste your time.

EDITED REVI would highly recommend shopping at Koeppel. Everyone was so professional and really took care with us when making our first car purchase. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. If you're lucky, you will have Richard in sales and Maureen in finance. They are truly gems.

My dad is an 82 year old man with a bit of a language barrier. He can be very demanding and precise. Sergei, the manager of Keopel Subaru, & Jeremy, his salesperson, were patient, kind, considerate, and comforting. They saw my dad’s anxieties and concerns for making such a huge purchase and catered to his needs as an older driver.

Thank you Raju Miah for making our purchase so easy and pleasant for us. I saw an online ad for a used 2024 Forester on Monday, and made an appointment for Tuesday. Raju gave us as much time as we needed to check out all the features inside, answered all our questions, then we took it for a test drive. We negotiated a great deal and he explained the next steps. I sent him new insurance cards Wednesday & paid with a certified check Thursday. Raju went the extra mile of detailing the car before pickup and it was like new, sparkling and spotless. On top of that, the car is amazing, exceeds all our expectations and is the perfect camping vehicle which we're using it for right now in Vermont. ?️ So happy with our first Subaru & everyone we met at Koeppel. ♥️
