The store was locked and unstaffed at 6:30pm on a Thursday, supposedly during their opening hours.They should either post signage if the employee is on break, or update store hours if they close before 7pm.Very friendly and helpful service otherwise.

My dogs will not walk past this store without pulling me in. Great food and helpful associates. Treat samples, same day delivery options, unfrozen fresh food available, and access to the full JFFD selection. My dog has done well after switching to JFFD from kibble.

No one is ever working here, I arrived at 10 when they supposedly open, no one. I came back at 1030, no one. This has happened on multiple occasions

Look, the folks working here are the nicest people you will meet in the city. They care so much for dogs and for dog owners - they are quietly kind and genuinely want the best for your furry companion. The treats are great and my dog loves their food a little too much and will try to bite the box.

This is a great welcome addition to the LIC neighborhood. I usually feed my dog a mix of dry food and wet canned food but she has always had moderate to severe environmental allergies where the licking and scratching is sometimes non-stop. I've been constantly looking for alternatives to provide her relief and tried all kinds of supplements, fish oils, etc. but to no avail. I really hope that the high quality and healthy dog food that this place serves up is going to be the solution! They have pre-made frozen packets with a variety of flavors as well as non-refrigerated small cartons with the same variety of flavors. They also sell all kinds of supplements to assist with a wide spectrum of health needs and of course dog treats. Very friendly staff that will walk you through everything you need to know to make the transition to their dog food. It's pricier than standard dog food options but if the health benefits that I'm hoping for come along with it then I'd say it's definitely worth it.

This place is beautiful. Very clean and I can bring my pet. They even have a water bowl which on these hot summer days my dog appreciated.

The two girls who work here are the sweetest and most caring people you will ever meet. Adriana and Lauren care about each dog that comes in, going as far as to remember the dogs' names! I've been to JustFoodForDogs before when they opened up in Union Square, but I wasn't fully convinced until I went into the LIC location. I can't go within two blocks of the store without getting dragged in by my fur baby! Even if it's just to try the treats (which they sample out for free!!!) I recommend all dog owners to visit this store.

Nice addition to the neighborhood. I had ordered online but wasn't going to get my food for a few days so I came here to pick up supply for a few days. Large selection, basically what they have online, and lots of flavors. My corgi loves the beef and turkey! They have a chart they give you so you know how much to feed your dog. They also sell supplements and snacks!
