Here's my comment about this store:Positives:1) Decent variety of products.2) Has a bit of everything.3) Salad bar and sandwiches available.4) Convenient option to eat on the spot.Now, the drawbacks:1) Prices are excessively high for everything!2) If you pay with a card, the price is higher.3) Checkout staff lacks professionalism. They need training in customer service and at least occasional smiles.4) Now, about the employees who prepare salads and sandwiches: they displayed some rudeness. Drawing on my experience of steering a conversation, I quickly took action, and the team became more amiable.My verdict: The store manager should provide training for the staff on how to be courteous and work with customers. Reading comments from other visitors about rude employees in this store suggests that nothing is being done in this regard!

The staff here is extremely rude and lie about pricing ! The cook at night has an attitude every time I go in to order and has basically served me cold food the last few times I've ordered. I was told by another tenant in my building that we're offered discounts. Well I asked a staff member and she replied yes ! 5% discount. Well, I related the message to my roommate and when she inquired about the discount the same person that checked me out told her that the discount was for employees only. Why lie ? I feel that they are racially biased. They're up charge you on items and overall just a bad establishments.

Had SO DELICIOUS buffalo chicken wrap, and also got a Dr. Pepper cotton candy for my buddy, which I haven’t really seen anywhere before! Despite all the ingredients coming out out of wrap as you bite (I guess rather a nuance for wraps in general stuffed with ingredients), it was absolutely great; Staff was also great! Highly recommend not overlooking this place!

Came here every morning for breakfast while staying at the Hitlon next door. Food, drinks, coffee, lots of selections. Very kind service and good food!

Rude cook. He probably should not be talking about people In Spanish. This white girl speaks Spanish and is Mexican and doesn’t take kindly to the disrespect I received from your company. I came back today because the sub was amazing, last night, but while I was ordering the cook turned his back so I assumed he would ask me what I wanted on the sub when he took it the grill. Nope I received a lecture about ordering correctly. Well excuse me I am here at NYU for medical testing. Sir there are so many things in this world to be angry about but the toppings on my sub should not be one of them. To boot the toppings I did ask for ended up on sub two which is not mine.

The employees are disrespectful and treat White customers better than Black customers. I go here daily and spend a lot of money daily. A few weeks ago, I was waiting for them to order and make my salad and a white woman stood next to me. I had been waiting for almost 5 minutes while the man cut up other vegetables and did other things and ignored me. When the White woman stood next to me, he came right over and asked her what she wanted and served her first. I ignored that one.Today, I was waiting on a bagel and got a piece of candy that I put on the counter. I stood and also waited while she did other things, wiped down the counters, organized items etc. Again, as soon as a White man stood next to me, also with items and he was waiting on a burger, she immediately came to the register and rang him up. I asked calmly did you not see me? She ignored me and I asked again, did you not see me? She said, you were undecided. I said no I wasn't. My item is on the counter and I have been standing here still waiting on you. She ignored me, sucked her teeth, said she was busy and rang up another white person. I put my money on the counter and said, did you make a mistake? She shook her head yes. I said, then you should apologize for your error. She took my money, gave me the change and said Mommy! Move over there! I again completely calm said, I am not your mommy, I am miss to you. What you should say is miss can you please step to the side? I will not respond to being addressed so disrespectfully.I then asked for the manager, and he listened, apologized and said he would comp me the next time I came in.They will never see me again to disrespect me a third time and I will be sure to let all of my colleagues know how poorly I was treated...

This place is extremely deceptive in its pricing. I noticed they charged me an extra dollar and they told me all purchases with cards have a $1 fee... Strange but ok.. So next time I pay with cash and they still ask for an extra dollar. I was in a big rush so I just paid without arguing. Today I tried again and they didn't charge me extra. My total was $8.69 with tax so that's what I paid and what the screen clearly said. When I got home my bamk told me I was charged $9.04. They also never ever give receipts. They rip them too fast to even ask for them. Idk what's going on here but it doesn't seem legal.

We stayed at a hotel nearby. We frequently got our dinner at the Hudson. They had sandwiches, salads, smoothies, anything you would want, they had it.

Great store and the sandwiches are amazing. Late night chef however doesn't seem to be too happy when he needs to prepare food. Five stars though because the staff during the day does an amazing job.

Clean, high-end options, friendly staff, and open 24 hours! That said, good option if you're staying at one of the nearby hotels and you don't want hotel food or off it's late and everything is closed.

We stayed at the hotel next door and found our coffee needs here! Iced Lattes are decent here. A great deli counter for fresh sandwiches as well. This place has plenty of options for beer, cheesecake, soft drinks, snacks and even a juice bar. They have something for everyone here. Open 24 hours which worked out conveniently for us.

This place is the most beautiful and most wonderful store in all of the 5 boroughs. The food is fast and amazing but well thought out, smells, looks, and tastes fresh. Even got my boy his own special. Amazing customer service and an amazing experience 10/10

I ordered a sandwich with sprouts. The sprouts were getting old and should’ve been thrown out. I had to take them out the sandwich as it just wasn’t enjoyable. They were getting brown and stringy from drying out. The muffin I ordered was dry but to be fair I bought it in the afternoon.HOWEVER, my main reason for two stars is there were fruit flies behind more than one of the glass cases with food in it.

Very disappointed, the food here are not fresh!!!I bought a same product 3 times here before until I found what I bought today are not fresh!!!When people who works here notice that the foods they sold is not fresh, they did not care about you and even no apologize, they just weight how much you eat then tell you they are not responsible for the unfresh food you eat. Deeply sad about their attitude as a neighbor.Suggest go somewhere else.To reply owner's comment, first it is shows March 10 expire however after carfully tasted it part of food are sour, I knew it cause I'm mentioned that I bought same foods 3 times before and I like the taste. It's true i ate some since I am not sure if it really expired at beginning but definitely not 80%, I'm not gonna waste any more time on some foods just 5.8 dollar and I understood food like this and fruit are not 100% sure it's fresh even in larger market. But the attitude the person shows yesterday are not acceptble. Btw he told me thisis not his business he don't really careGood luck
